Wawa — Restaurant in Tilden Township

I personally enjoy all the food, literally all of it! :) the only reason I must give a 1 star review is due to how I have heard the way the assistant gen manager that name tag said Brittany treats the other employees, I believe the type of negativity that radiates off her in the work place is unhealthy for business and for the positivity of the employees under her authority because when the leader is causing negativity the rest suffer from it. When I go to Wawa before/after work I prefer as a customer not to be exposed to that negativity before starting/ending my day, I doubt anyone would. I have no complaints about anything other then that, if it wasn’t for that I would give a 5 star, and will update my review when I see changes from that negativity in one of my favorite places to eat, if not I’ll be forced to take my business elsewhere like sheetz because of their positive and welcoming attitude even if I gotta take a loss...

I normally come to this specific location as I work not even 2 minutes away. I did my first pick up order here and let me tell you it's was horrible. I noticed my redbull was missing so I naturally went back in with my receipt, and I wanted to make sure it was not like I was stealing so I went to the counter to make sure it was okay I was taking it with proof. They looked at me completely confused which is fine, but then they made it seem like I was trying to steal it trying to name orders that had the drink but wrong sizes. I said mine was an 8.4 not a 12 oz I didn't get warheads candy at 9 a.m. they still were sure they did it . I even told them I would bring the bag in so they could look or you know what come to my car. Why would I lie about that when I'm in a work uniform myself. This is the worst Wawa in our area. Sick of the service, coffee is hit and miss and the made to order food is not good. The gas tends to be on the higher priced side. Honestly they are so busy, I don't really think they care anymore. My quesadilla and my wife's were overcooked. My daughter ordered a breakfast sandwich and they just pulled it off the warming tray and my other daughter ordered a panini that was so hard it could break your teeth. I ordered everything on the app and gave them 40 minutes to make my food. When I got there I had to wait another 10 minutes because...
