What a pleasant surprise. I dropped off some elk because I read some reviews about Debbie's processed beer sausage.. Wow, I have been eating her products for the last week and let me tell you they are amazing. The beer sausage that I bought is almost all gone and the bacon is hands down the best I've ever had. This is an excellent place to get fresh smoked meats. There is a larger selection here than the other large nearby smoker. They not only smoke jerky and pepperoni, but also have summer-sausage, liverwaurst, smoked salmon, and sausages. There are many sauses also. We always stop here to purchase treats for ourselves and to get gifts for friends at home. The owners will serve you directly, chat, and give you samples. We saw Debbie D’s storefront and stopped in out of curiosity about what Debbie was up to! We tried the summer sausage and salami, and went home with smoked salmon and the teriyaki sticks.

Debbie was warm and friendly, and it’s really nice to get to know the proprietor herself. I learned that Debbie loves true crime novels, doesn’t do social media, and makes her meat with less oil than the average bear. 10/10 would recommend a stop if you’re drivin’ on by or...
