Customer service is extremely poor and lacking here. BK Mobile app has been out for weeks, the dinning room is sometimes open, sometimes the doors are locked ..yet no signs or info. No garbage cans outside so you take the trash home with you. Several times I've ordered items and they don't end up being correct, altered is more like it. Ordered original chicken sandwiches and got them on burger buns, not the long french rolls they are supposed to be on. When I returned them they said they were put, well put a clearly visible sign on the board when you drive though that your out, or tell the customer when they order them. I thought I had got the wrong order. Today I ordered a medium combo, got a SMALL drink, when they handed it to me, they said "oh, we are out of medium cups" Again post a sign or TELL the customer when they are ordering, not when they picked it up and catch it. Put of medium cups? UPSIZE the customer to a large, don't rip them off by giving them a smaller, and cheaper size cup. It's like buying a new 90,000 dollar truck and going to get it at Ford, and they offer you a 29,000 small car. We didn't order your truck , take this car. We keep the 61,000 loss you made. Ha Ha Ha. Extremely disappointing and pathetic that they expect the paying customers to eat the cost when they can't order cups or buns, and refuse to tell the customers , unless they get caught then it's "oh well". Read moreI went through the drive-through, and they asked me to pull up front to wait for the chicken. I did so, and after almost 10 minutes, a woman came out with a bag of food and asked if we ordered a whopper. I told her no, we had ordered chicken, and she yelled the F word, and said this isn’t even your food. I don’t even know where your effing food is! And then she went inside. I waited another five minutes and then I went in. The woman was clearly very flustered and yelling, with two male employees who were also yelling. I asked her if I could just get a refund to my card and she said I don’t know how to effing do that. I asked her to please not cuss in front of my children, and she said that there were no children present. I told her that there were children out in my vehicle when she cussed into my window. She said that if I don’t like it, then I can just work there myself. The remaining 15 minutes was total chaos and finally there was a young man named Jesus that was able to come and help me. He was the only person there that was being considerate and kind. Even the males we’re very rude to me when I asked for help with getting things put back on my card. I will never be back.
