OK, BACK AGAIN
Does anyone at CAVA read these reviews? What will it take to get this store straightened out?
So they have a sandwich board out front advertising the Lemon Chicken bowl, sounds good, right.
BUT they are OUT of 3 of the six toppings. I don't know what I'm eating but its not the special Lemon Chicken Bowl.
Back again for the first time a couple months ago. I'd like to say it's greatly improved but its not. They are understaffed. Tables are dirty and they don't have everything at the prep counter they need. I started to place my order and the girl cuts me off to take the order from the person behind me who's not with me. Moves forward starts to make my order but doesn't have what she needs and goes in the back. The person at the register steps in to finish and flood the falafel pita with sauce, rolls it up when the original person comes back with the rest of the ingredients. Pita its unrolled, more wet slaw is added, now its dripping wet, both of them are both laughing hard over my sandwich.....its a hot mess literally. Needed a spoon and a plate for this one.
One star only because zero stars was not a option.
I left the store, because a male supervisor was yelling at another kitchen staff person about how she wasn't doing it right, and that she was fired and should go home. The argument at full voice spilled out into the parking lot.
Also, one employee has her under school age children there and kept leaving the counter to attend to them without gloves and returned to handle people's food orders without washing her hands.
Oh , and then there is the part where I didn't get all the food I should and there was no tea. I had to ask for both. They didn't clean the tea dispenser and just poured more tea into it which was nasty with foam, scum, and undisolved...

Makes me sad to be forced to give a negative review usually I dont bother... but this place is so poorly run I hope to save someone from wasting their life going to this location. Its more important for the staff to fill online orders than to wait on the 17 people standing in line. Who btw 5 followed me out the door after waiting for 15 minutes without serving a single person waiting. This is a flaw of the corporate entity the poor design of the location and training of staff. This is my 3rd time experiencing this...3 strikes and you are out. Maybe you will online order, after reading this...hummm....while waiting in line I observed no hand washing and other unsanitary practices... so Im not sure Id leave online to chance hoping I got food .... this year. While I think people try to do their best...the team members had no sense of urgency to wait on customers for even a minute.... I understand the challenges of todays workforce... but this is beyond words.Cava corporate do better.... if you cant do it right...shut it down... cause you won't recover...

If you ever walk through the door at this cava expect to be greeted with a cold stare and little else. Pray that you’re the only one in line because if anyone is before or comes in after you, your wait time has just increased by 10 mins per person but hey that’s alright… you can watch the flies land on your food as other orders are prepared… how fun! Next you’re finally at the last station… time to put on your sides!!! Only to find that they have run out of what you want and for whatever reason have refused to refill it. Wasn’t that a great experience that makes you want to come back? No? Well lets try to order online… Online order submitted… your order will be ready at 6:15pm. You arrive on time thinking your food will be ready but it never is so you wait and wait… and wait… until it’s finally ready at 645pm disgruntled you finally get back home and sit down to eat.
