The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Maryland

I was disappointed for the following reasons first when I went inside it was crowded although the staff was friendly it was kaos between pre orders and simple carryout. Because they are known for ham that is what I wanted the classic ham sandwich. The meat is sparse and overwhelmed by the lettuce tomato and Swiss cheese and mayo I barely tasted the ham. They sell a variety of other foods cake mix stuffing rolls sides (family size) etc. and a lot more meats roast pork pot roast (catering size) but I went for a good fat tasty honey ham sandwich and the quality of that sandwich was that of any sub place that has ham with the exception at Sub places you get more meat. To upper management please re- evaluate and re-create the classic ham sandwich to be a lot better than...

Bad customer experience. We are planning a get together and thought this would be a great meal. Well we tried to call after work and they are closed. Ok no problem, let's order online. We did then found it weird we were NOT ABLE TO PAY when we ordered. We knew we would have to send someone to pick it up the next day SINCE THEY CLOSE BEFORE WE GET OFF WORK so surely we can call and pay before they got there. They would have had to be able to sit asside a ham and charge us appropriately. NO NOT POSSIBLE. Both the teammate that picked up the phone and a manager confirmed this. With short hours, a product that lends itself to buying for a party or work event and you CANNOT PAY ahead of pickup it's just a terrible...

I had an Entertainment coupon to buy one lunch box; get one free. First of all, the prices were not listed for lunch boxes. So, when she rang up the BOGO lunch boxes, the total was over $15!!! I had decided at that point, that I probably wouldn’t return. However, everything, including the cookies were horrible!! The sandwiches were placed on small rolls, as they were out of bread. The sandwiches were smaller than my fist! That actually was a good thing, because the chicken salad was runny and not at all tasty. The pasta salad was full of vinegar and the potato salad was terrible. Both were inedible!! Even the cookies were tasteless! This is my last time going to Honey Baked Ham Company!...
