Tried Ryan's for the first time today and did not have a positive experience. My friend and I walked in to a store that was very dirty and uninviting. There was a cup, spilled ice cream, and a spoon just left under the tables as soon as you walked in to your right. With two employees working- there's no excuse why one couldn't have cleaned it up. The place was not busy.
I want to mention that your male employee working the counter on 5/3/24 came off disgruntled and unfriendly, as well. It was my first time there and needed a minute to scan the menu.. his response was not customer service oriented or helpful. I worked at a long standing froyo shop for 8 years and would always let the customer know what flavors are available, if they are interested in trying a flavor, and giving a customer a "wow" experience.
It just seemed odd that all of your vegan flavors were out today and the only option I was told to choose from were the hard ice cream flavors in the front. I'm afraid to say, I will not be coming back for awhile.

So imagine 5 of you standing online you are assigned to one person scooping the ice cream and you have 3 other employees standing im the background watching and you question so why is it that only 1 employee serving 5 people and the response is it is a policy that we serve 1 group at a time and the customer response is well there's no one behind us and the person who is scooping ice cream is taken very long we were there for over 30 minutes they did not budge because it was their policy to serve 1 group with 1 employee. That is one employee serving 5 people when there is no 1 else in the line behind those 5 people I believe this needs to be change. My problem is they offer all these flavors and you can only get ONE flavor in a small. You want 2 flavors itās a medium. You want 3 flavors itās a large.
I had to talk my 7 year old down to 2 flavors (from 3) and get her a medium. For 2 mediums cups, 1 small cup, and one cone it was $21!!!!
A family of 4 shouldnāt have to pay $21 for ice cream (no toppings on any of it either). In the small cups you could easily give one scoop of one flavor and one scoop of a different flavor.
