Terrible young kids working. The dining is still closed months after covid mandates were lifted my experience was as fallows walked up because I live down the street that’s not really a big deal but the inside door was locked no sign on widow just locked so I waited in the line for 15 minutes to make order when I finally made it to window they would not take my order because I was on foot . I said your going to make me walk back get my car and come back In line to get my daughter an ice cream cone? The old overly tanned brunette with glasses and tattoos needs to go. I drove 20 mins round trip, dropped $40 to treat my family and she couldn't be quiet long enough to hear my order all 3 times I had to recite it to her.. she was rude at the window, slamming the window shut before I could tell her that things were wrong. Even after correcting said issues, I got home and my kids blizzard was STILL wrong, and for some reason my blizzard was made with chocolate ice cream. Super awesome! April 2023 inside is closed. Back ups in the street. People cut you off in line and don't care. No adult supervision for the kids working here! Not worth the hassle!

Original review Haven't been at this location in maybe years? I was near by and wanted ice cream for the family. The inside was closed still after all Ohio orders were lifted. The parking lot was jammed packed and out in the road making a overall safety issue. Get up to the speaker. Place the order and that was fine. Simple 4 ice creams. No problem.
