Eudici's Pizza — Restaurant in Tittabawassee Township

I have been ordering here a few times and have never had an issue and love the pizza. I always order half mushroom and half another side. Today I ordered half mushroom and half bacon, pepperoni. Get home and no mushrooms, only cheese on the one half. I called up to let them know and only then was I told they ran out of mushrooms and didn’t put it on my pizza. Not when they made the pizza or when I picked it up. I was transferred to the manager who told me I wasn’t charged extra for the topping but it was the 3 topping pizza special with only 2 toppings. I didn’t even get the chance to have a different topping due to them not letting me know they ran out of mushrooms. The manager acted like she didn’t care and said well what do you want me to do about it? It’s simple communicate that you couldn’t fulfill my order and I would’ve ordered elsewhere. Now I...

Placed an online order the other day. Said pickup time was 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and was told it was not done yet but would be ready soon. I waited and I waited. Then I waited some more. About 35 minutes after I arrived my order was ready. I understand places get busy but when you place and order online and arrive to pick it up and it hasn't even been started yet... I should have been told that it hadn't been started yet and would take an extra 30-40 minutes not it will be out soon. Pizza was average but definitely not worth the wait. Next time I'll just make the trip to milanos for better pizza and customer service!...

Would not recommend ordering delivery from Eudici's in Freeland. This is how an 18" pizza was delivered this evening, like an abortion. Somebody dropped the pizza before it got delivered. I'm assuming the driver and the pos didn't say a word about it and still accepted an additional tip. We didn't have time to open it right away because it was at a work location and we were very busy when the guy dropped it off. They offered a store credit or another pizza. Why would anybody want to get another pizza from this place? We're throwing the rest of this abomination away and never ordering from there again. And oh yeah, the pizza was...
