Worst experience ordering pizza in my life I seriously have never seen such unprofessional work. First I get my small pizza and large order of buffalo chicken tenders with extra hot sauce only to get my order an hour and fifteen minutes later and on top of that the extra buffalo sauce I ordered spilled out all over the bag I don't know how the driver did not notice because it was literally dripping then the pizza and the chicken tenders were cold not even warm so I called and complained about 10 minutes before they closed and spoke with the manager and when I explained to him what the situation was I got hung up on so I called right back and the manager answered and I was still being very polite and the manager then ask me with attitude what was my order and my address and phone number then asked what I wanted them to do about it n obviously I'm not gonna have them make me a whole new order 10 minutes before they close so I took the store credit that was offered I call up about a week later for my store credit order and it was exactly the same order as the last it came on time but missing the extra buffalo sauce the pizza is cold again and I found a curly white hair in my buffalo chicken tenders so I didn't even eat them now mind you my order was $21 and I also tipped the driver $6 only for this kind of service what a waste of my money I literally just threw away $27 because of this place o yeah n the leaky bag with the spilled buffalo sauce got all over my bed when I placed the bag of food down on it that's actually how I noticed it leaking so I'm out a brand new comforter set as well.save your self the stress and money and go to classic pizza 1 minute down the street they are very professional and actually care about customer satisfaction classic pizza is gonna put famous pizza out of business if they keep doing...

This place has fallen from grace. I been eating here for close to 30 years and as of this date today I have made my last visit. The new ownership is certainly sub-par. I miss Bill and Frank and this place will never eeeeeeever be the same, againnnnnnn! First off let me start off by saying they over-charged me 50 bucks for three grinders, fries and cinnastix. I had to go back and go over the whole order and good thing I did because it was only about 36 dollars which for what it is, is totally not worth it. The food has tumbled downhill so bad since ownership change that it is not even enjoyable anymore. This upsets me greatly because it was so good for so long. The grinders were incorrectly made, fries cold and cinnastix burnt. It looks like I will not be continuing tradition of eating here with my family like I did as a child. I will be switching to classic pizza next time and giving them a opportunity for my business. This whole thing is really really upsetting to me. The blt grinder was toasted to the point of no return, italian sub soggy and tasteless with ingredients that i said not to be on it, cinnastix was just hardened pizza dough with straight up cinnamon in 1 spot and thats it tasted nothing but like a spoonful of cinnamon, and thr meatball sub was soaked through the bread to the point almost soupy. Fries were very cold and can taste that they need to change the oil more often. Not worth my hard earned money...

Let me tell you a little story. Famous Pizza Tiverton was my go to spot for pizza. NEVER AGAIN! My wife ordered $200 of pizza for my son’s 5th birthday party. They called giving my wife attitude because they had put Saturday instead of Sunday. My brother went to pick it up and realized a middle finger on the slip. The guy at the desk said oh i don’t know who drew that crumpled it up and threw it in the trash. (Come to find out the manager was right there behind him when my brother said something) Hmmm real nice way to treat a loyal customer who is ordering $200 worth of pizza. When I called to ask about the situation I was told by the manager there was no middle finger on the slip then said he never saw it. When I went to the store shortly after with my brother and the manager said he didn’t know anything about the middle finger on the slip. When we asked for the slip they had said they just took the trash out… yea ok. Never once did I get a sorry or anything trying to find out why this had happened. The only responses I got from any of them working there were “none of us were working yesterday”. That being said I will NEVER order from this place again and hope they get their stuff together with...
