Theres always a long wait in the drive thru. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or just inefficient. Half the time the staff doesn’t even say anything to you when you’re paying at the window, or they’re rude. My biggest complaint though is that they consistently mess up your order. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese once. I just got a plain untoasted bagel. Next time I went I got an iced espresso drink. I noticed immediately that there was no coffee in it. And I noticed in the other reviews that it’s happened to them as well. I went back inside and asked for the manager which I never got to speak to, but they agreed to redo my drink like I asked without any questions. They consistently forget to give you straws for your iced drinks. And just now I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, ordered, then when I got to the window to pay the cashier told me that they’re only accepting cash, and that the person on the speaker should’ve told me. Well he didn’t. Very frustrating and a waste of time. I had work right after so I couldn’t even go somewhere else. I also try to avoid mobile order because too many times I got to the window and they tell me they’re all out of something I already paid for. And you still have to wait in the same line as everyone else so there’s no convenience with it. Read moreworkers are always slow past few times I’ve been there I waited in the drive through for 10+ minutes with no one talking / taking orders then I’ll try to go inside and it’s like all the workers do not know what they are doing it’s pitiful. Mind you they won’t even have that many customers and still can’t do their jobs. Had another issue thurs 1st I payed $30+ for my food today 4 orders of hash 3 sandwiches two drinks. I asked the one girl to ask the boy to make my hashes crispy and she did not so I let another lady know to tell him before he even put them in and she came back and told me that they are already gonna come out crispy that’s how they are made, so I let it be. I received my order checked it and they were soggy. I proceeded to ask for them to be crispy and everyone in the store was ignoring me so then one of the ladies told the boy I was talking to him and he told me oh well I can’t do nothing about it that’s how they come in a rude tone and kept on telling me no! Eventually I asked one of the managers I believe and she just gave me 4 new orders crispy after I addressed it with her. I also asked one of the workers for the boys name to complain but they said that’s not their place and they can’t do that which as well is not right. Read moreI had been in the area and searched for the nearest Dunkin, when I put the directions up in the navigation it showed a 25% rating which was the first red flag. The thing that sucks is my coffee was actually good, however I won't return due to the nasty workers there. I did a mobile order before I arrived, there had only been one car ordering, and then no cars at the window or the other lane. I pulled in the other lane and waited about a minute or two but could see on my screen what the person was ordering in the other car. They had about 3-5 egg sandwiches, multiple coffees, a dozen donuts, probably more after I drove ahead. No one came on the intercom, and yes I will admit I should have waited to say I was there to pick up my order. So, I pulled up to the window, the one worker opens it and I hear someone else say "Nope, she just pulled through" and then the worker closes the window in my face. I yelled to him that I had a mobile order?? He then reopens the window and gives me my drink and says to not pull through again and talk to the intercom first next time.
