Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Toccoa

Called in my order for delivery 45 mins ahead of time since I was at work and wanted it on my lunch break. They arrived 20 minutes later and the delivery driver pulled in and parked. Did not get out of his car for another 5 minutes and since there was nothing identifying him as pizza guy I didn't know it was him until he finally got out of the car. When I got my food I noticed the boxes wasn't even warm and when I started eating the food was cold so therefore had to microwave it. This is twice I've had a bad experience. The first time I ordered cheese sticks and when I got home bit into something hard...after investigating more I found bristles from a paint brush all in the food and cooked in. They use the brushes to spread butter before cooking. I did receive a fresh order but had to waste time and gas going back...

This place don't deserve no stars the doors need to be shut the people working there very rude then driver pull up sit in my driveway and leave with no pizza then returns and tears my property up by driving crazy even on road laid marks on road and wanted to talk to me like a dog on my property the woman who claims she Manger very rude I called Stephen's county and made a report now I will be pressing charges for property damage this will be going to court already spoke to a lawyer I wish I could post the pics of the property damage the driver done squeeling tires in my yard note it's been raining so it peel my yard up and then left black marks in front my house sitting there spinning wheels so I will see you in court papa johns and the driver which works for papa johns and responsible for the damages...

Papa John's is one of my favorite pizza places however this one definitely needs work. The last 3 times I've ordered I've had to wait over an hour and half for my order. The last time it was cold when I finally got it and when I called he said he could replace it but it would take atleast an hour and 45 minutes to get it. I placed an online order tonight and I was quested online 45 minutes and they immediately called me and said it was going to almost an hour and 45 minutes before it could here. I attempted to change it to carry out and she would not because they stop carry out at 9:15 and she called me at 9:14! I ended up cancelling my order after trying several options to get my order. The pizza is always good when I do get it with the expectation of the last time but their customer experience...
