I cannot say enough great things about the Starbucks in Toccoa! From the moment I walk in the door, I am greeted by friendly, smiling faces who know me by name - it's like a second home! The staff, especially Curtis, always go above and beyond to make my experience there exceptional. The service is always quick and efficient, and my drinks are consistently made to perfection. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the comfortable seating is perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. I also love the wide variety of delicious treats and snacks available. The two girls that were there yesterday around 10:45-11 need a raise! I came in and was "that customer" lol I asked what kind of bread was on the sandwiches because I was wanting to try the one my friend had but I couldn't remember what it was. Those girls took out the book to try to tell me what exactly they were even though I wasn't even that worried about it😂 As if that wasn't annoying enough for them, I asked them to make this crazy drink for me and let me tell you... THAT DRINK WAS FIRE AF! (and so was the sandwich) They were so nice about it the whole time and never acted annoyed. It was great. 5 stars...

I used to be a huge Starbucks fan but after today, I think I'm done. Went by got my usual lady swiped my card claimed it declined. I told her try again because I know my card is good, she says it declined. Asked for a different form of payment, I paid cash. I called bank to find out that yes the charge did go through on my end. I called back to Starbucks for the lady to insist on telling me she wasn't giving me a refund or fixing it because it didn't say that on her end.
