Arby's — Restaurant in Toledo

Ok. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THIS ONE. AFTER AN EVENTFUL NIGHT WATCHING A LADY’S HIGHSCHOOL BASKETBALL GAME, ME AND MY GIRLFRIENDS (MY MOM AND MY COUSIN) DECIDED TO STOP AT MCDONALDS TO GET SHAKES. UNFORTUNATELY ALL THE MCDONALDS WERE TO FAR SO WE HAD TO RESORT TO ARBYS. (WHICH IS MY LAST OPTION FROM NOW ON BY THE WAY.) WE WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AND ORDERED 3 SMALL JAMOICA SHAKES. WE THEN PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW TO RETRIEVE OUR DESSERTS. MY MOTHER CRACKED A JOKE AND THE ARBYS WORKER DIDN’T EVEN GRIN. SHE TOOK AN ETERNITY TO MAKE 3 DRINKS AND WHEN SHE FINALLY GAVE THEM TO US THEY WERE VERY NOTICEABLY HALF EMPTY. I WAS DUMBFOUNDED- IN FACT, I GASPED. WE WERE CERTAIN THE WORKER MUST HAVE DRANK OR DRINKS WHILE MAKING THEM BUT THAT COULDNT HAVE BEEN THE CASE. THE THREE OF US STARED AT OUR SHAKES IN AWE. WHEN WE ORDERED SMALL WE DIDNT MEAN ONE OUNCE WORTH. AND GET THIS. WHEN WE TRIED THE FIRST SIP NOTHING EVEN CAME OUT. IT WAS SO UNBELIEVABLY THICK I WOULD CALL IT A MALT. SHE BETTER HAVE GIVEN US HALF OFF FOR THAT RIDICULOUS SIZED SERVING. THE POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF GENEROSITY WAS APPALLING AND SICKENING. I COULDNT BELIEVE MY EYES!!!! ARBYS IS...

Definite hasty choice.

I went to this location because my daughters wanted to grab a bite to eat before they arrived at their destination. I was completely dissatisfied with the service. From the young lady taking my order while laughing and speaking to one of her coworkers to the COLD FOOD. The young lady who took my money was fine, but everything else completely horrible. in the words of my daughter, "The fries tasted like they had been in the car for two summers." They were cold and salty. The sandwiches were also cold and for the prices they charge, EVERYTHING should have been TOP TIER. Perhaps the service is better during the day (lunchtime, maybe), but this evening, it was terrible. This is not the first time I have been to this location and experienced this. I thought perhaps it would be different if given a second chance. So...if you really want Arby's and are willing to drive a few extra minutes, drive to the one on Dussel. This is The Worst establishment that I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The food was old and cold and when I advised the manager of it she and her trifling employee who took the order had an attitude when I asked for my food to be prepared again! So I said I'll just take my refund instead, because I don't need attitude when I'm right about wanting quality food for the money I'm paying out. The little uneducated girl who took my order wanted to talk loud when my husband confronted her for talking behind my back when she thought I had left. Manager didn't say a word. I told the young fool that this was not proper customer service and that she needed to get herself together. It is sad to have people like this in the service industry! This is why I don't frequent places...
