MAKE SURE TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO PAY VS WHAT THEY ACTUALLY CHARGE YOU!!!

Guy in store was really nice and friendly. We had to wait a while because he was helping 2 people switch over and would help other people who came in for quick things, which is fine. Only 1 person working, nothing more he can do. But, he overcharged us. We got a email about upgrading our phones - $99.99 each. He said he wasn’t sure about that price, his were $169 but he’d scan the phones and look and then show us what the screen said. We said fine. When he finally got to us, he scanned the phones and didn’t say anything about the price or show us anything, just started opening the phones. So, I figured, cool, must be $99.99 like the email said, otherwise he’d obviously say something. For 2 phones at $99.99, it would be $199.98 and with tax the total would be $215.48. But he charged us $335. So he charged us $119.52 more than we were supposed to pay. After I thought about it, I realized how off that total was. I would love to look at my receipt to see a breakdown of charges to see how he got to that total. Even if there were some random charges like upgrade fees, $119.52 more is crazy! But the receipt was just some basic credit card receipt with no info on it at all. I’m happy with my phone. Whatever, dude got $100 extra bucks. But I’ll never go back there to buy another phone. We went in to have our Boost provided upgraded SIM cards installed in our current phones. I previously read reviews about other Boost stores that were installing upgraded SIM cards that were not compatible with the customers phones. The customers phones were bricked as result and the customers were forced to buy new phones. As it turned out our phones weren't compatible either. However, the employee that helped us (might have been the owner) checked our phones BEFORE installing the new SIM cards and let us know. He saved us from having to buy new phones!! THANK YOU very much for your customer service and honesty!! He also let us know how to get our phones unlocked so they would be compatible before installing the new SIM cards....

He is a Rip-off he will charge you more than what any other place will charge you? I went there and bought the moto G stylus 20 three, and he charged me $350 for 2 phones with service from Boost Mobile. But I go to another place and they tell me that he should've never charged me that much. I only should've paid a $135 out of the door with everything when you call back and say something about it.
