Let’s make one thing abundantly clear you are in the customer service industry , with that being said the reason I will no longer be a patron at this restaurant is the simple fact that I have been coming here for 20 plus years and unfortunately over the years quality and service has gone way to far downhill…I was excited to get my normal order simple gyro that’s all… greeted on the phone by someone that I have known and seen in there on multiple occasions and had good rapport with( tipped very generously on every occasion )after being greeted I was told at 6:05 that they would be closing at 8 as if I was going to keep the establishment open one minute later considering there was two hours until closing … she put me on hold and took another order ( I have no problem with this ) but instead of greeting me and apologizing for keeping me waiting she decided to reiterate the fact that she would be closing at 8 once again two hours before you actually close, hopefully the owners see this and realizes that we do not need to spend our money here we choose too and unfortunately you have lost a customer of over 20 years due to the simple fact that you don’t know how to have someone answer the phone and take an order correctly.

We have purchased from this establishment bi-weekly for over 10 yrs. We order the same thing. Today we ordered in person our usual large chicken wings with honey mustard.. (NEVER ordered any different sauce) Got wings home and they were Honey mustard ? With Barbecue sauce. Called store and employee said that's what was ordered. I asked for owner and I heard employee tell owner what I wanted to talk to him about..owner got on phone and said that's what was ordered. (Owner was not around when it was ordered?)I informed him we have never ordered that and asked if I could bring it back and get honey mustard. Told him we have been customers for years.He said no and that honey mustard with Barbecue tastes the same! I asked him if he could play back the video/taping of the order being taken and he ignored that.. I said ok we are done doing business with them then and he hung up on me. This was not the first time we had problems with our order being incorrect, but first time bringing it to their attention. Waste of $10 on our part.. loss of faithful business...

I have to leave a review and I hope the owner reads these. I have been eating at this restaurant for over 20 years. The last order I received was beyond a rip-off. I always get the all meat salad and there is definitely less in it and the meat is in tiny bites instead of chunky like it used to be. Hardly any meat in the salad now. Also, we have always ordered the regular wings. These are our favorite. But the last time we ordered them, I could not believe how expensive they were and the regular wings are tiny, so 20.00 for 10 tiny wings is ridicules. How much are you charging for the large wings, which really are regular size. For a salad and 10 wings, we paid a lot and hardly had anything. I am really bummed out because I love their food, but I will refuse to pay that much for it. I will not be returning. If things are not corrected, I can see this place going out of business.
