My daughter and I went here for her birthday dinner. She's wanted to go there since she seen the adds. We got there and went inside, not bad it was ok just very small. The lady at the register waved us to her at the counter. We went up to her and she asked if we needed menus, we said yes and when she gave them to us, she said "come back up here when you're ready to order. Kind of odd being that it was a diner, I expected to be waited on at my table. After we decided what we wanted, I went up to the counter to order. After ordering, she instructed me to pay then, again kind of odd being a diner. Then as I'm paying its telling me to leave a tip then also, again very odd especially when I've had 0 service so far, I've done everything myself while she did nothing but worry about the 2 guys in the back the whole time we were there, but I still leave a 20% tip. At the time there was only 1 other person in the diner with us. While waiting for our food 4 more groups of people came in and all had their food and were gone with us still sitting there with nothing yet. Then after about 45 mins the lady that was at the counter looks over and asks me, "have you places your order yet?" I went back over the entire scenario with her and she places Mt order AGAIN. Another 30-45 mins later we finally get our food, which Mt order was wrong and neither of us got our appetizers. They finally get my order right, but my daughter was already done eating so I asked to have it boxed up and told her to forget about the appetizers that we never got. Sad to say, ill never in my life step foot in this...

Ugh, it breaks my heart to write this but this place has gone from hidden gem to heartbreak.. I will say you will not find the ambiance or simplicity of their menu anywhere else in Toledo and the food is (well used to be) AMAZING. I’d like to think of myself as a regular and I’ve recommended this joint to old friends and new that visit - a Toledo staple I would like to think of it. I will never forget my first time visiting truly boom line and sinker.. this is where we take a turn in the story for the worst. At this point now had a few “bad batches” of chicken (rubbery and rock hard slips right out of the breading) I was offered a replacement the first time and chalked it up as a one off - came to pick up my replacement a week later and was met with some really rude attitudes.. chalked it up as a tough day for them, cut to tonight I go in for my usual Friday - girl that takes my order greets me after I give her my name as “oh you the replacement guy” like I’ve caused a huge stink or been a problem child (like I could go through my bank statements and find how much I’ve spent at your establishment) - ignored it, waited longer than I ever have for food and then I get home, settle down from my day, go to bite into my sandwich and it’s a rubber puck. Same exact issue. I call maybe 5x before I can get through to someone and am told all they can offer is a refund and that sometimes they reuse old chicken patties. Disappointed. Frustrated. Sad. I tried and at this...

My daughter had been eyeing this place for a while. She knew they would be opening soon. Finally that day came. We waited a couple days after to make our visit.

The place was fairly small but it was a decent place. The quality of the food was decent too. It is nice to have a new place in the neighborhood.

The menu was somewhat limited but given the concept that is fine. I ordered a double cheeseburger and I added bacon. Making my meal 16 dollars before a drink. While the burger was good it was nothing fancy and more then I would have paid at most restaurants. Seemed a bit pricey for sure. Especially for the concept.

You pay beforehand. They just gave me a total and wanted me to sign my credit card receipt without any breakdown of pricing. I asked for a receipt which they tried to just give me the card receipt with only a price. Not the breakdown of what and how I was charged. I shared with them I wanted the breakdown. In the breakdown I noticed a fee of several dollars for using a credit card. Which I was unaware. The fee was a major put off.

The food was priced a bit high in my opinion. However, I understand everything is expensive right now, so maybe they will adjust accordingly. Overall, as I mentioned, the food was good and the...

This is fairly new restaurant. The name explains itself. It’s definitely a diner for late night food. Maybe for students studying late and need a quick bite to eat or individuals coming from the bar. There’s not a lot of seating and not a lot of lighting. Allison was very sweet and helpful. I got the mikes hot honey chicken and waffle with a side of bacon. The bacon was the best part. They should sell it as a side. I could do without the honey, they put wayyy too much which overpowered everything and just made it not great. My fiancé got the same exact order and his waffle had less honey. I wouldn’t in particularly come back but if quick bites are your thing and you like a little twist on food. This may be the place for you. Enjoy.

I finally decided to try this place on my way home from work (I work Second shift). The inside isn't too bright with the exception of the neon "Whoo's Hungry?" Sign on the wall, the lit kitchen, and menu on the flat screen, behind where you order. It's cozy, and I say that positively. I ordered the Loaded Fries for 9$ to go. The person behind the counter said it'd be around 15 minutes, but food came out way quicker than that. Surprised since I went in on a Friday night! Fries were golden and crispy, a nice portion of ranch and hot BBQ chicken smothered on top and hit the spot back home.

For only being open a couple weeks now, they’re already generating a lot of (deserving) praise. I stopped by last night after 2nd shift and picked up some truly tasty chow. The club sandwich with Owl fries (with chorizo) was awesome, as were the BBQ chicken chunks - served with a delicious creamy garlic sauce. It’s got a great late night vibe, the prices are reasonable, especially for the huge portions they give you. Expect leftovers! Apparently I need to try the Blueberry Blintz so that’ll be for another time. Good food, cool hang!
