Bernie is a hands down great guy. Brought an old tube amp in that was my great uncles before he passed away. Always wanted a tube amp that could turn music into something more. He took on the job of tuning it up and restoring it to original sound. Diagnosing the circuit and only replacing what was needed as to not hack up the original sound. He did a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price. Will always go to Bernie for tube amp repair and advice.

Called the store on a day they took off for a holiday. I left a message about a turntable I needed to have looked at. PTS called me back the next day saying they don’t work on home audio equipment anymore but walked me through some step to get me going in the right directions. Top quality work! Bernie makes sure he gets it right, and if he doesn't, he makes every effort to make it right. I took my Casio keyboard here to get some contacts and hammers replaced. When it was returned, there was still an issue with one of the contacts.
