Burger King — Restaurant in Toledo

We ordered 2 Whopper meals and 2 Hershey pies. When we got home we realized that our Hershey pies weren't among the items that we purchased. We'll, I literally just got off the phone with them. I don't write reviews, but I had to make an exception in this case.

I call. A lady answers and I ask if she is a manager. She says yes (never got her name). I explained the situation to her. That we had purchased 2 whopper meals and 2 Hershey pies and that the 2 Hershey pies were not among the items we have. That we still have the receipt and if I was able to come back and retrieve the 2 missing items.

Can you guess what happened next?

The lady hung up on me!!😅🤣

I called back and my mumber was blocked 🚫 😐

I didn't realize that BURGER KING ON PHILLIPS AVE was this GHETTO!?

1st mess my order up by not giving me 2 of the things I ordered. Then stealing my money by not offering at the very LEAST to return my money... but, the AUDACITY to just simply hang up on me. Not 1x time offering an apology or a way to rectify the situation... AND THEN BLOCKING 🚫 my number so that I'm unable to call and speak to anyone else about it...

The gm is discuting she was in the store picking her nose while making food. When I asked to speak to a manger because I saw it through window at drive thru she came to the window. I told her I seen her picking her nose and asked for refund. She got rude called me white trash threw food at me through window and told me to go to hell. Yet she's the gm and supposed to be professional but got mad because I caught her picking her nose while handling our food and asked for refund. This store never get our orders right and everyone of the managers are rude n discusting when you try to tell them about the restaurant. I made a police report and everything today about the treatment of the general manager I received and being called white trash because she was caught picking her nose. It was a $50 dollar. Order almost on top of that and we couldn't eat it and they wouldn't refund it. I'm calling health dept and everything on this store it's enough when they serving fu$&ing bugers...

I used my mobile coupons, of course, but for some reason the cashier stated she not only needed the number on the coupon but also needed to SEE the coupon on my phone!?! This is the first time anyone has ever needed to see the coupon. Especially when the same coupons are used for drive through and dine in. THEY NEVER ASK TO SEE THE COUPON!!! But No worries, I just showed it to her and everything went fine.

We ordered two breakfast combos for $5 w/ medium tots and drinks. She ended up giving my husband and I free upgrades on drinks stating the bigger drinks caused our combos to ring at the regular price.

In any event the restaurant was clean, service was fast and the food was hot. The ham, egg and cheese croissan'wich did not have egg on it though. That was very disappointing. We did not choose to wait for another one so we just took the loss and kept it moving. I've had better BK...
