Subway — Restaurant in Toledo

Been ordering the same sandwich for 37 years!!! and I prefer extra lettuce, I don't put much else on the darn sandwich, the man goes to reach down to pick up more lettuce and then right before he puts it on the sandwich...he stops and puts it back and says "he can't put any more lettuce on there something about the boss has been yelling at them about portion control" and I says well don't worry I'll pay extra! And then he says he still can't do that blah blah blah and I says well look I'm just trying to get out of here we already had two sandwiches made, mine was the last one. I'm with two other people I'm like why can't you simply make the sandwich how I always make the sandwich for 37 years now😡😡😡 so I couldn't get my sandwich it was simply wasted and the lady working with him sitting there going to argue with me the whole time and blah blah blah and start trying to explain it to the person I'm with and I'm like don't make a whole thing about this let me just pay for the two sandwiches you already made so we can get out of here. She standing there continuing to argue pointing to a sign with a phone number on it and telling me to leave the store and I'm like you haven't even ring me up for the two sandwiches yet And I was left without my sandwich. We even offered to purchase "a side of lettuce" if they couldn't put more on it and again...

Negative stars they make me give 1 to post The disrespectful young man that was working I believe his name was Ryan I asked he said he didnt know he didnt greet me when I walked in then he made eye contact with me 3 times and still didnt speak he took his time putting on his gloves so I said hello and he still didn't greet me when I asked to speak to the manager he told me he didnt know their name and that they were not there luckily another employee was on break and told me the manager was there she Adrian came out and said hi may I help u. Jus that simple. She said she would have a talk with him. Not sure if she will. But I will be reaching out to the DM or owner the morning . I love this Subway. The staff there are always so polite and they all work really hard to get orders out on time. I usually order online and pick up in store and it's always ready when I get there. Today, they were a little swamped with online orders and my salad wasn't done yet. They apologized immediately and got my order ready as soon as they had finished the ones that had come before mine (That's only fair). The two that were working are always kind and always have a smile for their customers; it looks like they actually enjoy their job and working together which is hard to find lately... Either way, my salad was great, she gave me a free drink for waiting which wasn't necessary but was...
