I ordered two pizzas at 6pm waited 2 hours even though I was given an hour wait. When it hit two hours I called the store frustrated to see what's up with our food, as I had 3 hungry kids WAITING. They told me my order had just went out. A few minutes later I went to check the app they provided to see my order was canceled. Angery now, I call the store and get someone not from the store I called, but a call center perhaps. They then transfer me so I wait another 10 minutes to be hung up on. I call back PISSED and once again get a call center who is no help and gives me a corporate number. Why in the hell is it so hard to communicate.... I get the wait time being changed, two hours is excessive but I could have handled it. The fact a person from the store told me my order JUST LEFT, then he must have canceled it immediately. Then blocked my number... because I have always used this pizza hut and this number is directly to the store any other time. What the hell pizza hut, how is it so incredibly hard to provide the bare minimum service that your supposed to? Make and deliver food..... Read moreDreadful experience. Called multiple times, was hung up on, ignored, yelled at, bounced around, lied to. Took my order for delivery, placed it, took my money, then literally said “actually we’re not doing orders for delivery at this location sorry goodbye” and hung up on me. I then had my aunt call because I payed with her card and they charged it even though they said they wouldn’t bring my food. She asked for the order to be canceled and the money to be placed back onto the card and they told her we never even placed an order and hung up on us. Continued to tell us we never called and ordered food for an hour until we finally showed up to the restaurant to make sure the money would go back on our card. We asked the employees at the front to just assure us the order we placed was canceled because whoever we were speaking to on the phone kept saying we never ordered even though my aunts bank statement quite literally said otherwise. Read moreI went to Pizza Hut to purchase an item that I didn't know was no longer being sold and so I told them I needed to look at the menu online to see what else I wanted to order. My granddaughter and I sat down to look at the menu and we chose what we wanted and I was going to order it online right there in the store, but my phone died. So I stood up at the counter and the lady came up and said what's the name on your order and I said well my phone died I couldn't place the order so I need to place it with you. She said oh okay and then walked into the kitchen and started making pizzas and never once came back to take my order. Somebody else in the kitchen came out and asked me if my order had been taken and I said no and explained what happened and she was supposed to have been going in the back to tell somebody to come and take my order. We waited more than 15 minutes in the store and nobody came to take our order. So we left.
