This Taco Bell is one of the worst ones in Toledo when it comes to customer service. Just sat in the drive thru at the window for 20 minutes waiting for our food the so called manager ask if we want something other then the fries that were in our order because all of a sudden 20 minutes after placing the order their fryer is down and they canât make no more fries. I say no just refund me for the fries. I get all the way home and the whole order is messed up I go back literally 10 minutes later and watch these people pour fresh fries into the container and season them . I tell the lady I need a side of pizza sauce since my pizza didnât have the extra on it and she says where is the pizza I said I threw away before finding out that my daughter who is allergic to sour cream found out her found had sour cream on it and I had to come back I was not taking it back out of the garbage to bring to u ( I thought fast food restaurants werenât supposed to take anything back since covid happened ) she proceeded to run her mouth saying â she threw the pizza away but wants the pizza sauce ?â And I said yes I did and yes I do cause I paid for it. Basically a waste of my money and time âŚ. Wonât be getting my business again.. If I could give them zero stars I would have fyi my pizza was supposed to be extra cheese...
   Read moreI've ordered from this location consistently since the week it opened in mid 2021. Easily over 100 times. Only issue I've had with my order is sometimes they forget the cup of nacho cheese. I also typically substitute black beans for meat and they've always gotten it correct. This used to be a HUGE problem years ago, before Taco Bell made a veggie menu. I see a lot of bad reviews for this location because of the wait times, which are a big problem. I think it's usually due to lack of staff. I also only use the app when ordering and I'll order at least 15-20 minutes before arriving. Always around dinner time, so I'm sure it's worse late at night. Keep in mind your order will disappear from their screens after an hour.. It's happened to me.. I've also abandoned food after waiting too long. I felt compelled to write this review after I was given someone elses order on Friday. They said my name and then handed me the food. I asked everyone waiting if it was for them, it wasn't taped shut, so not a doordash or mobile order. I left with the food and realized it was a 16 item order! I want to sincerely apologize to the person whose order I took and the staff if they had to remake everything! That being said, I'll be back again and again...
   Read moreGood for theost part except for one girl who I believe is a manager... is very VERY RUDE! My wife and I waited 50mins in line total to order and get our food... which was not a problem because we knew they have been short staffed since that location opened. But we were missing a couple items and a couple were made wrong... so we called up there and the manager that answered was very nice and apologized and offered to replace everything if we wanted to come back or she could write our names down and we could come another day and get our order, so we chose to come another day. And it was 2 days later and the manager that was there that day was so rude and disrespectful! We explained the situation to an employee and the manager came over and says " If y'all ain't got yo receipt den ain't nofin I can do" We never got a receipt but we're able to pull up out debit card transactions and showed her the date and time and she said " imma make it dis time fa y'all but i ain't gon be gettin over on like dis bcuz people do dis all da time... sayin dey bought foo and ain't really buy nun and say they didn't get da whole order."
She was rude and disrespectful and couldn't work in customer...
