Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Toledo

So it was November 5th 2022 Saturday night around 8 pm. I went in and ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and a cheese bread. The man told me they only had 14 trays left of cheese bread and those are saved for people if they make an online order. I was so confused like so your saving something for someone else that didn’t even order it. This man was a manager and very disrespectful. Pretty much told me he wasn’t making me any cheese bread no matter what. I was extremely upset, considering I don’t eat the pizza due to my acid reflux. I had went in a few nights before that, they gave me a Nasty dried up cheese bread. I was super sick the next day. I also mentioned to the manager. I said matter of fact your the one that handed me the cheese bread. He said I didn’t know it was old. I’m sorry about that. I would think he would want to make things right. He continued to argue, refusing to make the cheese bread. This was the location on Alexis & Secor. The location on Lewis I called. The man on the phone was super nice and shocked to hear this. I then noticed I wasn’t wrong for how I felt. I just wasted my gas, over cheese bread, sure did!! The man at Little Ceasers on Lewis he offered to take my order and have it ready in 15-20 minutes…Let me tell you it was fresh and good!! I usually order online. My phone was dead so I figured I would just stop by. I figured I’d get some type of discount. Completely disappointed. Don’t know if I will...

Just wasted almost an hour of my life here at what I think is the worst Little Caesars in the entire Toledo metro, but another guy in the lobby said Lagrange is worse. Not sure.

Either way, don't be fooled by the "under new management, give us another try" schtick. I ordered, paid, and sat down. There were like 3 customers ahead of me. There I sat for over a half hour, not even an update on my food. The staff is visibly arguing with each other in the kitchen. Every customer in the lobby which was like 10 people at this point, is pissed. As more people come in, we warned them about the situation and several chose to go get food elsewhere. Had a lot of shitty food experiences, that was a new one.

Anyway, after watching them hand out my order to another customer in off the street, 45 minutes after getting there, I just asked for a refund.

Do not come here if you want quick food or a proper experience. Do not come here unless you have an hour of your life to waste and you wanna watch them hand your food out to customers who came in a half hour after you.

I am not one to leave reviews usually good or bad, but my experience with this place has just left a really bad taste in my mouth. The pizza was drenched in grease, like it even soaked all the way through the box and onto my car seat, I didn't notice till I got home. The establishment itself was uncomfortable so the last thing on my mind was to check the pizza.

But my experience in the place at the counter was even more disturbing. I had my two young kids with me and when I was up at the counter a young cashier was on the business phone taking an order and the manager walks up to him and starts being very unprofessional and badgering him on a mistake that he made,( he accidentally sold someone's pizza that he shouldn't have) and then the manager announced out loud to the rest of the crew that the cashier messed up so they have to make that order again then all the other employees started talking trash to the cashier. And me and my kids just watched all this like we were watching a movie. Very unprofessional on...
