Waited for about 10 minutes for the cashier to finish a mobile order (it was just one drink, she was just moving super slow). Then the person in front of me orders & the cashier starts making that drink. Meanwhile I’m now waiting almost 20 minutes & another big mobile order comes in. Instead of serving me, the cashier has still yet to acknowledge me & starts working on the new mobile order. I’m sorry, but I was waiting 20 minutes, so obviously I was there before they put their mobile order in & should’ve been served first. Read moreYou guys have seriously gotta have two people closing. One person on the clock and then going on break is pretty inconvenient for people placing a mobile order ahead and getting there to see no one working. The lights are also left on when on break, which if I remember right they're meant to turn those off. But my complaining aside, there is also one male employee who turned me away because he was on break cleaning, which I left him be for fifteen minutes while he did. The point is he shouldn't have to be cleaning on his break, there should be a second employee helping him.
