If I could leave zero stars I would. On April 6 I placed an order at 10 AM so would you be done by 2:45. This was for five medium pizzas with two toppings. Upon my arrival I go to pick up my pizzas and every single one of them are missing an ingredient. Instead of calling and telling me they just decided they weren’t gonna say anything and happy pay for the pizza anyway. So when I told the lady at the counter, I will just go somewhere else please refund my money. She walks away from me and makes me stand at the counter for about 10 minutes. Then with her attitude, she comes back finally refund my money takes the pizzas and walks away. I had to walk back into the store to get the receipt and when she gave me the receipt, she threw it across the counter. So not only did they have absolutely horrible customer service but they also made us 45 minutes late for my daughter‘s birthday party. I contacted customer support and they said that they were going to have somebody from that franchise call and I still haven’t received a call and it’s been almost a week. This place sucks even though we come here weekly will not be coming here anymore because of these rude people that lack any type of understanding or even human decency. Thanks for ruining my daughter‘s birthday. Appreciate it. Read more22 February 2021 at 0025 the Alexis Domino's pizza 43612. Employee: Keanna. When I arrived I observed 2 employees inside, working, making pizzas. I checked the hours online first then read the sinage posted on the business which reads, "carryout service ends at 1am". At 0030 I exited my car and walked in the door was open. I asked if I could order a carryout pizza and was denied service. Keanna claimed they were closed. I stepped out grabbed my phone made sure I didn't read wrong, went back in to inform both employees that the website and door alike say one can get a carryout up until 1am. I was denied service. I am a Promedica MRH employee and I just ended my shift and trying to get something for my family. To be treated with such disrespect and distain is just unbelievable. Read moreI order from dominos a lot and never usually have a bad experience. this time I ordered for delivery at 6:12 with the delivery time being from 20-30 minutes. After an hour and a half of not receiving my order and the tracking still said it was being prepped I called the store and asked about my order. The guy on the phone said it would be sent out soon without even asking what my name or order was so idk how he knew which one was mine. And claimed they’re short staffed (which I understand completely). it is now 8:47 and my food just now is being delivered. 3 HOURS FOR DELIVERY? So ridiculous whether you’re short staffed or not.
