Very rude, slow service and cold pizza.
I had ordered my pizza online at 6:40pm. I received a time to pickup my order for between 7:04-7:09pm. When I told them my name, the staff with dreadlocks rudely said, ādidnāt you just order itā and the front desk girl said it would be 20 more mins for my order to be completed.
So I went and got gas and came back 20 minutes later and the order was still not done.
I did not end up receiving my order until 7:40pm.
There was a lobby full of people standing and waiting for their orders when I arrived the first time; and there were even more people when I came back 20 mins later.
I felt sorry for the front counter girl because she had to keep saying to all the patrons, āyour order is in progressā.
When I came back from pumping gas, there were three staff that were witnessed smoking marijuana in the parking lot around the corner of the building. When ended up coming into the building, they smelled horribly of weed as they walked by to go to the back. The staff with the dreadlocks was one of the staff that walked by and he had his pants so low his āentire buttocksā was showing.
When they all went past to go in the back to āworkā, it sounded like they were having a party. Talking loudly, laughing and clearly NOT doing their jobs.
The staff in the back were so rude to the front counter girl. They answered her rudely when she asked if the orders were complete and they were terribly unprofessional.
I am not sure if there was a manager on duty, but if there wasā¦they were not doing their job.
The pizza we got was cold, was not the size we ordered and by the time we received our order I didnāt even say anything. I knew that the issues would not have been taken care of anyways; and after waiting an hour for my order, I was not going to wait any longer to eat.
My daughter and grandson were not feeling well, and that is why I ordered on line. I thought by ordering on-line I would would have my order when they said it would be ready. I needed to get back home to them. Ordering on line is supposed to be quicker than ordering in person.
I will never ever go to Little Caesarās again! And I will be posting on FB my horrible experience. I am also going to post a yelp review and I hope that someone understands that 50 percent of a business is word of mouth and I plan on letting everyone know of the horrible experience I had at the West Alexis...

Our pizza the last few times barely has had any sauce at all , the bread & pizza were dry everything just nasty again . Nothing even taste right . Since management changed everything has gone downhill the kids that ran it before the food was amazing & fast no line ups . The cashier even talked down her own manager a customer wanted banana peppers cooked on his pizza she said well I canāt find option to put it on pizza it will be on the side . She said the manager is mean an Iām not asking for special request as I told her she could ask . Iāve done customer service for years. So many customers were upset as we were . I saw the workers drop a crazy bread n still sell it the bag only touched floor but I worked with food for years . Thatās a no no , toss it . So much was heard from the cashier rudely n customers it was unreal . The food quality has went down 99.9 percent bring back any old employees your going to loss all your business and please donāt say it was Friday etc .. I worked food service for many many years . Do the job right or find a new one . First get rid of the lady in the front , sorry to her but this job is not for you . And to the cooks add more sauce , seasonings. I donāt care if you had 100 plus orders in a hour . Weāre all the workers working yes they sure were however the Pizza needs sauce n flavor ? Whatās happening ? I might as well just sprinkled some garlic powder on the $20 bill and ate that honestly it would has...

We were 25 minutes from home and he wanted his usual Little Caesars Pizza (which we order at minimum twice a week for him) I tried to order a pizza, stuffed bread sticks and crazy sauce online OVER an hour and half BEFORE they closed and it told me that I could not put my order in. So I tried to call the store and AS USUAL the line was busy.. (I've NEVER been able to get through to a person on the phone line at the stores location, it's always either busy or it makes the fax line noise. I've called other locations and they've told me that they always have issues with their phones) so we decide to just stop in and grab a pizza. There were 2 people sitting inside and a kid yelled from the back but I dont know what he said. So a minute later someone comes up front. I asked if they had any of the hot n ready he said no that they had 2 other people in front of me and it would be about 20-25 minutes. I said ok well I tried to order online over 25 minutes ago and it wouldnt let me. I said you guys close at 11 so why would it cut off so early? He said well I'm new so I dont know. Then he said well we close early sometimes though when we dont have enough people. Ummm... ok? That's helpful. Guess I'll go next door to J-Cups pizza where I got a pizza in less than 10 minutes. Can we say disappointed and really tired of the phone issues with this location. Where I was then told that the kids take the phone off the hook because it rings too much....
