The reviews seemed alright so we decided to give Wild Wings N Things a try and have to say it was the worst we've ever had. My children would not even eat their meals being hamburger and fries and after taking a bite of each myself I can not blame them! The hamburgers have a dish soap taste to them and the fries taste like they were fried in some nasty tasting oil I've never tasted before. The chicken sub had no food on it, it was a good looking and tasting bread with a bunch of nasty tasting pickles, a little bit of lettuce, and about 5% the amount of chicken that it should have had. I tried to put all the food from one half of the sub on to the other half to make a more decent sub and still it was like there was nothing but pickles on bread so I didn't eat it, the pickles didn't taste right either. The wings were okay but as my husband said, it's kind of hard to mess up wings. Needless to say, we wasted about $50 and our time going to get Wild Wings N Things tonight and are looking around the kitchen now to find...
Read moreWow! I was just visiting the Toledo area and found this place. Probably in the top 3 Mediterranean fast food places I have been to here in the US. Everything on their menu was tasty and fresh. As a group we had their boneless buffalo wings, french fries, curly fries, original gyro, chicken gyro, chicken shwarma , specialty burgers, chicken burgers, chicken tenders. Everything was excellent, portions were huge and the price was more than affordable. The garlic yogurt sauce on the gyro was exactly how I like it. Their was an abundance of meat in the burgers/gyro's and it was really tasty. The wings were especially good, hot and spicy our whole group destroyed those in short order. We had a couple of picky eaters in our group and couple of kids and everybody loved this place which is no easy task. If I lived in Toledo, I would probably go here at least couple times of the week. So maybe for my waistline it is a good thing I live far enough away. Don't hesitate, go here and see for yourself,...
Read moreI come here because my family likes the jumbo wings and the boneless wings. I prefer the hummus & salads. Honestly, this place can be hit or miss. Maybe depending on how busy they are? They could improve on trying to be a little more friendly, but honestly we are there for the grub. Most of the time it is good. We order almost weekly if not a few times a month. I think they are a little pricey and if the food isn't up to my standards, I feel disappointed. for example, I ordered some pita bread today and it has barbecue sauce on it - came that way. The boneless wings were overdone - too deep fried. But, next week when I order, they might be perfect. So, hit or miss. But, I hope they stick around - convenient to get to and you know what you...
