Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Toledo

Terribly run place. I ordered a deep dish with extra sauce, because I don't like my pizza dry. I got back to my hotel room and got my pajamas on After I took a bite of pizza, it was so horribly dry, that I couldn't hardly eat it. I called and talked to the manager, and he told me I could come back the next evening and get another pizza. He told me to ask for him when I called. I took a look at my pizza before I left and the order was not correct once again. My pizza was a deep dish with extra sauce, and pepperoni and sausage. The pizza was half sausage and half pepperoni . I asked if I could talk to the manager, the cashier told me that he would be out in a minute. After a few minutes I asked once again to talk to the manager. This went on for about a half hour. She did bring me the correct order after having to wait once again. Never did the manager come out to talk to me. Meanwhile, the whole time I was in there the line was backing up with people waiting. The phone is ringing off the hook, with no one answering it. I have never in my life seen a Little Ceasars so poorly ran. Never again will I order...

Sent my son in for my order, female told my son they had no order for my name. So I went in and asked what was going on as I had my receipt. Some tall heavy set dirty blonde chicken gave me attitude raised her voice an said ALL ONLINE ORDERS ARE IN THE PORTAL. I said I have an email saying it's NOT in the portal an to talk to front desk....she ignored that of course. Really need to teach better customer service. 1 minute u lie an tell my son u don't have my order than u catch attitude with me. I was chill an respectful until this lady caught attitude. Needless to say got my pizza missing sauce a female saw me standing there n had her back turned to me, had to say excuse me 3 times....if I was rude then I could see this type of treatment but come on. Yal gonna get the treatment yal give to others....do better... attached proof of email sayin it wasn't in portal also so that lady attitude...

It was the absolute worst service! You could not get through by phone to call your order in, and when you arrived to place your order it felt like no one was managing the location. It took more than 5 minutes for me to even be acknowledged, and order taken, then I waited 25 minutes, for her to come back saying she messed up one of my pizzas, which caused me to wait another 15 minutes, and all she did was give me a 20oz pop. If I hadn't waited like I did I would have requested a refund and just left. Looking for a different location, or I guess my family will be...
