I called them a while back looking for a part for my motorola, and I knew it was kinda a long shot due to being out of production. The person that I was speaking with (don't remember his name now) actually starting laughing at me when I told him the model of the radio, and the part that i was looking for. Granted I didn't do much business with them to begin with, but after that I won't do any business with them at all. Not really professional when the employee start laughing at you when you're calling to do business with them. Now it wasn't going to be a whole lot of money being spent, but that's not the point.
