Well here I am AGAIN putting a review the Broadway and South location. I wish I could make a new review but it won't let me. The drive thru was even more rude this time. She kept interrupting AGAIN after screaming at us to order. Didn't get the order right AGAIN. Never gave us a receipt even though we asked for one. It wouldn't have mattered anyway because those reviews on the receipts are a joke and are never paid attention to. Have already called corporate about this store before and nothing changed. The evidence of management at this location doesn't care is completely obvious. The evidence that this location hires people that don't care is also obvious. Where do I get this evidence? Read the other reviews that other people have left. One person in the reviews said the management needs to retrain everyone. I disagree. I think they just need to start over and hire new people including management.

Read moreOMG so tonight I decided to go get McDonald's for my kids for dinner. I had placed my order through the drive thru which was simple Happy meal 6 piece and two McChicken bundles alongside two large sprites. Before getting to the second window where we pick the food up. A young man was standing at the window to order him some food the manager refused to service him. I asked the young man politely if how we could help him and we did. Meanwhile at the second window where you get the food. The manager looks agitated. I politely say to her are you having a bad day? She answers yes. The manager hands me food and I reach in the bag to test the fries. I'm like medium warm that's a no for me. I get side tracked and realize I had not checked over the rest of my order. I was playing it forward by getting the young man his food ordered. Long story short. We pulled over to taco bell while sitting in line I decided to check over happy meal completely disgusted I get because everything is hard. I don't want to eat eat that. We drive back over so I can get them to make my Food fresh.. I asked for the manager to come to the window. The worker ignored us and shut the window. He came back I asked for the GM number since he started an argument with me about not taking the food back past 15 minutes. I said to him you see we just got out of line. He slams the window shut and ignores me. We look in the window he is on the phone calling the police on us. He told the police we threatened him and made false accusations on us. Moral of the story. How would this have gone two innocent black female's who were harmles and did nothing wrong by just wanting their food made right. I will be back to talk to a manager about the treatment we got and also to get my order corrected tomorrow. They need a better and friendlier night team. I'm not going to be going to this location...
Read moreThis incident occurred in December but I'm just getting around to writing about it now. Around 7:00PM I went through place an order at the the drive through. After barely saying hello, I was abruptly told that "there are no orders for 30 minutes." I wanted to clarify, so I asked if it was on the item that I wanted. Again, the person told me that "nobody's cooking' anything". This is ridiculous! I told them that if that's the case, then why are you even open? The employee then told me "Maybe I should get a job application there then." Once I drove to the window, they gave me the persons name as "Alex". On the morning of Christmas Eve, I decided to give this location a try again. I ordered food then decided to speak with the manager in charge who I believe his name is Bob. From the start of the conversation, the manager was dismissive and rude. I asked for clarification on the employees name in order to ensure I was speaking about the correct person and immediately the general manager over spoke me and told me he's not giving names out and even if I wrote corporate it would go back to him anyway. At that point due to his attitude, I refunded my purchase. EVEN AS I WRITE THIS review on 3/26/2023 I decided to call to reverify his name - and the women on the phone who claimed she was the general manager, stated they will not provide it - over the phone or even in person.
