I went to this McDonald's drive-thru earlier with my niece and nephew to get breakfast, and everything was fine until I was given my change.
The cashier takes my money and hands me back my change, and I pull forward, the money still in my hand by the window. As I look down I realize the amount of change I had gotten was $6 short of what I was suppose to get, and I tell the person at the second window, who says they need to see the change and the receipt, and that I should pull forward for a minute.
After almost fifteen minutes of me sitting there waiting, a manager walks out with my receipt and change, and hands me back the same amount as before and goes "I reviewed the tape and counted the drawer, and the numbers were exact, so this is your change." and when I told her that this was the exact change I was given, and my meal would leave me with more change, she went on to say that based on what she saw there was nothing they would do about it, and that it wouldn't be looked into anymore.
I spoke with corporate when I returned home about the matter, who were nice and added the complaint to the system, and I didn't really expect to hear anything for a while, perhaps with my money back, or a coupon, or something, not that it mattered all that much.
Later that same day I get a call from that mcdonald's from the head manager who tells me that they spoke with the other manager, and that there was nothing wrong with my change, and then wanted to know if I wanted a call back another time, although I can't see why that would be helpful.
Needless to say, if you have to go to this McDonald's, I strongly suggest you check you change/account balance(if using a card) and make sure they aren't overcharging you each time. If it happened one time where I noticed, how many other times has it happened where I haven't, or where the person behind me or in front of me didn't notice, and how much money have they really...
Read moreThey never fail to disappointment at this location. Tonight was by far one of my worst experiences. I ordered fries and 3 cookies but it took approximately 20 minutes. After 5 minutes of waiting at the window with no greeting whatsoever, I was handed fries and asked to pull up and wait for cookies. I then followed his instructions and checked my bag while I waited only to have been given cold fries (after I specifically asked for fresh). I proceeded to go inside and waited an additional 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The employees were all in back laughing, horsing around, cursing and acting flat out inappropriate. The kind older lady that walked in shortly after me also noticed and disapproved. Before today, I would stop by in the mornings on my way to work for a simple egg white and cheddar on a bisquit without canadian bacon since I don't eat meat. EVERY SINGLE TIME that I have gone, they add bacon and I ask for it to be remade. My last visit, they came back maybe 30 seconds later and I could tell that they simply removed the bacon because I could taste it and it was no longer even warm. The lady had a bad attitude and made it seem like it was my fault that THEY messed up. She offered no courtesy drink or credit or anything. Seriously, I hope you all improve and train your staff better. The least you could do is provide decent customer service. Worst restaurant experiences...
Read moreThe only person that knows what their doing is the cashier. The girls at the window are rude, incompetent and more worried about who's dating who. Than getting the orders correct. Thirty minutes in line. Two vehicles ahead. They had problems also. Window girl argued with me, telling me I dont get a drink with my Big Mack combo. Showed her my receipt she gave me my drink I check my order there were two double cheeseburgers instead of Big Mac combo. Brought to her attention she was disgusted with me grab the bag 5 minutes later she said can I please pull ahead after already waiting 25 minutes. I said no she opened the door rudely gave me a bag not was not polite about it. I check the order again this time I got my Big Mac and fries but not the extra fry I had ordered. Finally she gave another bag of fries to me in disgust. Aldi's young girls half finger nails that are way too long for being in the food industry. They carry all forms of bacteria underneath them and they should not be allowed in any food establishment. Hopefully this review will reach some open ears and they will put Health standards in place and some quality employees they're more worried about their jobs than...
