They are the 2nd worst McDonald's in toledo ohio š if you want your food to be fresh and right. You have to go in the morning or late at night. Their 2nd shift employees there is a joke. They are rude and very unprofessional. Most Importantly they do not care how they talk to their customers or if they are handing out quality food. I went through the drive-through and order two $3 bundles and three sandwiches. They had us pull up to wait for our food to only give us the $3 bundles. They did not give us the rest of our order. I go in and I was completely ignored. When I asked for help... The employee looked at me, smacked her lips, and turned around to walk into the back of the store. Now there is nobody but myself and two other customers. One that has been helped, myself, and another person that was waiting to be helped. The employee comes back after 5mins and then she says what do you want. I polity said. The food I paid for.
Pause... Now when I walked in I saw a bag sitting on their fry station.... She goes to the bag on the fry station and proceeds to walk towards me. I instantly tell her that I do not want that. She slams the bag up against her leg and goes back to the back of the store. Now Management is walking to me with the same bag and I tell her that I do want that. Management says but it's your order and I said yes that was about 15mins ago. She says okay as in so what. Now I have asked for a refund and she tells me not without my receipt. No problem Sis say less... I go outside to stop my children from eating because she wouldn't do it for what was in the bag I had to do a full refund. It is always something and it socks because there is no McDonald's in this area where I want to spend my hard-earned money š I am tired of having to go all the way to Michigan or other cities to enjoy what is right here in my very own backyard. I wish someone would do something about these franchise McDonald's because they are giving corporate McDonald's a bad name and a bad taste in my mouth. Edit 2: Some do not understand what "table service" in the McDonald's app means. It does not mean customers go to the counter for their beverages [or food]. It also does not mean Melissa (Supervisor) should be overheard complaining about me asking for "table service" to be completed. We hear more than you think in the dining room. Very unprofessional. Seems management needs to ALL be trained properly. Lowered the service and atmosphere scores due to these issues. Next time, use the office to complain about what paying customers are told they can get by corporate.
Edit: Nikki, DO NOT openly chastize work crew in public areas. You are unprofessional. Use the office. You need to be trained better. Customers do not need your drama. Corp will back me up. I ordered via the drive thru & after the first item I asked for she just immediately gave me my total when I wasnāt even done ordering. What happened to asking customers do they need anything else?
