McDonald's — Restaurant in Toledo

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had staff extremely rude. Had to repeat my order five times through the PA system It was time for me to pay. They were being extremely rude to me and told me that the credit card machine was down. I was in line. They opened the door and said it’s open. But they could take my card now, being extremely rude cussing at me, shaking their head Went to get my food. My order was completely wrong was in line for over 25 minutes. For them to replace my food out, the second bag was wrong again by this time, the manager was extremely rude to me and then when I finally got my food, it was virtually no fries in the fry container the hamburger look like it was stepped on Cold as heck, my drink had no syrup was all carbonation. I went back in and they refused to serve me. I asked for a refund they would not give me a refund. They said they would remake the order for the fourth time at this point I felt they were deliberately doing this to me so I just left. I would not...

We were passing through and decided to stop at this McDonald's. That was my first mistake. The sole purpose of getting a frappe was to make my day better. Unfortunately this was the saddest looking frappe I have ever gotten. That's not even the worst part. One of the sandwiches I ordered was supposed to be a Quarter Pounder w/cheese. Well...I open it and as you can see in the picture it was the skinniest piece of meat I have ever seen! It looked like a burnt crepe. It was flatter than the Patty's on the Big Mac we had ordered. It was very dirty on the outside of the restraunt. I figured if the employees were willing to serve this to a customer in the first place... I would hate to think of what they would do to a replacement sandwich. So I was out a sandwich.. two bites and I just couldn't do it. I had to throw it out. Lastly, I'm so puzzled by the fact that I had 8 people in front of me.. yet my fry's were so cold and old. Not one good thing from this restaurant. I would NOT recommend...

Some of these reviews are OBVIOUSLY by employees, especially when they have a picture linked, and youve seen them at work. This nasty a* McDonald's is possibly the worst in Toledo, next to the cesspool of cheap weave in your food on Manhattan. They NEVER get your order right, and legitimately sit on their phones while taking your order. Wonder why it doesn't come out right.... psople beg you for money, and even drugs, and the employees don't care. I've even watched someone deal drugs THROUGH the drive thru window. Drive the extra distance for good food and good service instead of old food, bchy service, and workers that ignore you for their cellphones, only to get an attitude when you request service. Which is their super easy job. They need to grow up and act like adults. They don't even deserve 5 dollars an hour at that shthole. 20 minutes for a burger and a Coke when you're the only one in the drive through is pathetic. Shut that place down and fire those employees.
