There was a new employee taking our order and he did a great job.
However once we got our food we realized we were missing a French fri and a small frosty. We walked up to get the rest of our food and were ignored. Myself and my father were standing there my dad stated we were missing a frosty and a fri. My dad stated to me that the women working was not pay attention to us as her head was turned. She rolled her eyes and said I heard you so we waited there. She pointed at a screen we could not see and said I have you everything we challenged her and said no we are missing the fri and the frosty. She then instructed me to get back in line and pay for it.
When went back to the table and reviewed our receipt and we did discover that they new employee did not ring us up for a small chocolate frosty so that’s fine we let that go but we did in fact figure out that we were missing a French fri that we did pay for. When we took our receipt to the front the women insisted she gave it to us and continued to argue with myself and my dad. She just kept pointing at the receipt saying“gave you that, gave you that, gave you that”.She began to raise her voice at us and said “ain’t no one going to argue with me” and started talking to the staff in the back unfortunately we were unable to understand what disgusting things she was saying about us and the situation. We eventually got our fri however while we ate our meals we continued to hear her speaking poorly about us.
My family spent almost $60 this date at Wendy’s and we were treated so poorly by the staff. We WILL NOT BE RETURNING and I hope to hear something from the owner of this establishment about this issue.
I work in customer service and would never treat someone the way we were treated today.
I will be contacting corporate about this issue if I don’t hear from anyone directly affiliated with this location.

Every time my family and I visit, we spend between 30 to $35 each time with that being said the last couple visits are fries have been cold and our sandwiches have been missing things that we paid extra for for example cheese so the manager told me she would replace our meals and to just bring the receipt. A week later I decided to do that and when I arrived the girl that was in charge that night treated me as if I was lying and like I was going to try to get over on them for free extra food again. I understand there are people in this world that do that sort of thing it all started because I asked for my receipt back my husband likes to keep receipts because we have been taken from before. She refused to give it back can I ask her can't you just put a red X or initial that I already got the food replaced? She refused a third time so I finally just gave up it's not worth it to argue with a kid. Sue if you see this like I said your restaurant is impeccably clean and you are very nice and the food is great but maybe you could talk to your staff about how they treat your customers especially if those customers spend 30 to $35 two to three times a week for the...
