Denny's — Restaurant in Tomball

I come to this Denny's all the time i always love to get to-go orders but whenever I go up to eat there at the Diner which is like afternoon or nights usually there's this server by the name of Cali and she talks to the other severs to much an seems super rude to the customers and ive seen this on the multiple occasions when I have been up there she's been there serving with others as well I know Dimitri ,Jazmine, Anthony and they always treat me with respect and are always polite. But as for cali she is the absolute worst server I've had she has got things on my order wrong the times I've came in but I didn't want to say anything because it might have been a bad day for her but she didn't even write it down which really annoyed me because of the fact that she didn't write it. This is the last time I'm going to come here because she was flirting with these dudes at another table she just finished serving and since a waiter or waitress didn't come to take the drink orders from our group she came up to our booth and me, my boyfriend, my friend and her boyfriend were there we were still choosing what we would like to drink so we asked her to come back within 3 minutes she came back when we were finished choosing an order she didn't write any of are orders in her book again and also she kept looking at my boyfriend which I felt very uncomfortable about. she was constantly flirting with both of our boyfriends trying to give her number to them in front of us and she literally got all of our orders wrong and she basically got rude with me whenever I try to explain to her that all of our orders were wrong so I asked to speak with the manager or assistant manager and she said they weren't there that day whenever I didn't give her a tip she looked at all of us very rudely I don't know why the manager hasn't fired her yet but the times that I have came in to Dennys she's been either on her phone, talking to the other servers or flirting with guys at the tables and I'm pretty sure from the waiters or waitresses I talked to them about her an they have told me Cali has gotten into multiple fights in Denny's uniform as well so I don't see why the manager hasn't fired her yet but they should really do something about her if she's constantly messing up orders and also flirting with girls and guys especially when their customers please do something about her she's just really not a good person to be...

The best part was the food: and that was a 3 out of 5. The restaurant was also clean. The rest of the experience and service was bad. To start, I waited at the un-manned check-in stand for a few minutes. No acknowledgement; so I guessed it's self seating now. Then I took a seat at the diner bar. There was only 1 other customer there at the time but no one was helping. He only had a cup of water. I looked around and observed with the spare time: at the team and the decor for about 6 minutes. There were around 4 waitresses and 2 busers all standing around the register and drink area. There was no teamwork or cooperation in customer service. Only one person was checking the new tables continuing to self seat. I surmised that each area was assigned and no one was encouraged (or allowed) to help. There was dialog and friendliness among the team but not to the customer's benefit. The poor takeout (door dash) order prep person was working the most without much assistance (including painstakingly cutting bananas for each fresh fruit bowl order). Then she/they was called to the back; and only then did someone actually offer to help with the many many orders. Minutes later, the waitress assigned to the bar area came around the bend and explained that she'll be right with us (me and 1 new patron) while proceeding to take a plate of food to my neighbor on the left (6ft away). She did come back less than two minutes later to take my drink order. She immediately made it; and took my food order thereafter. Then she disappeared again until the food was ready... of course the order was incorrect with a minor issue. Then another disappearance until I was done. No one else asked if I needed anything (eg syrup was not present). This one older guy had a lot attention, so he must be a regular. The manager (I think) walked by two or three times as well without contact. Why didn't I demand help? Answer: I shouldn't need to; and I preferred to see how far this would go. My final thought: Wow Denny's has really changed! I'll likely pass by this location next time or just order my...

Went in last night after trick or treating with the kids. We were told immediately they only had one server so we needed to be patient. We were told this by who I am assuming was the manager. We smiled and said it was OK. It just got worse after that. While waiting for food another employee came in to help but started cursing loudly and appeared to be aggressively fighting with the manager. The entire restaurant including my children heard the vulgar language being screamed throughout the restaurant. Total disregard of customers or children. And not an apology heard from anyone about these things happening. Instead manager disappeared to leave the irate employee continuing throughout the restaurant and the one server working with no help at all. At some point the cook disappeared and we watch our server frantically trying to also cook all his tables food. And if that was not enough we were then served cold and expired food. The gravy for the country fried steak was cured and sour. We we said it was sour and Cleary expired we were told that was not possible because it was made each shift. If that was fresh it would not have stunk up our table. 3 plates of 7 had gravy. We switched for different meat and it was no longer spoken about. Now today I'm sure I am feeling the effects of food poisoning and sure by mid afternoon the full effects will be taking over. $100 spent.... never going back. They need to shut this location down what an embarrassment to the brand. Also I'm sure this too will fall on deaf ears just like it did in...
