Got a mailer for a FREE Pizza. Any Pizza, any Toppings... the catch was that you had to go pick it up... GOOD JOB DOMINO'S!!! We haven't had a Domino's Pizza in years, it was an extra busy day & the last thing I wanted to do was cook & clean up afterwards, so you bet I used that mailer. I went online, ordered the XL Extravaganza (hey, if it is free I'm gonna get the best & the biggest) & proceeded to ride down to their location. I am sure glad I did... they are employing so many folks there, the place was fairly clean, you can see into the kitchen where the Pizza's are being made & it seems like a good running operation. The folks were very nice, love being greeted with smiles & a kind demeanor, and these folks, while being behind bullet proof glass (WOW - that was kinda shocking to think our area has to protect themselves from such a criminal element - but that's not on Domino's) but it was a nice experience going in & getting that free pizza... Came home & we sat down to eat & WOW, it looked amazing, it smelled amazing to me all the way home (5 minutes) & when we bit into it & started eating, it was BETTER than the other local Pizza's around... Yes, we thought it was BETTER than the others - not to name names, but we usually have Pizza every couple weeks & have lived in this area since 2002, so we have been to & had deliveries from a lot of pizza places... THANKS Domino's for the FREE Pizza & for a dang good one at that!!!! Will definitely recommend this location to others & will be ordering for the next family Pizza night too, after all we gotta make sure that awesome dinner we had tonight wasn't just...
Read moreOn a regular basis I get rude unappreciative service from in store staff at this location and pizzas regularly come not hot. I live less than two miles from this store so I don't understand how this can regularly happen. But unfortunately this is the Dominos that services where I live. Today I had an issue with rewards and tried to speak to the manager Wayne who promptly told me that he would not honor my rewards pizza and gave me a number to call and told me it was 24/7 and when I called it; it was closed. I felt unappreciated as a customer and basically Wayne, the manager had the power to honor my rewards but just chose not to just to be mean. I even offered my rewards email as proof. Obviously, this manager Wayne is incompetent and does not understand the importance of customer service and now I understand why no one else in the store knows what good service is. BTW, the drivers are always courteous and nice, but in general it has been my experience that store staff is rude, incompetent, unappreciative and has no understanding of good customer service! Too bad for them. Now that I have my rewards pizza I am not sure I will ever use Dominos again. Paul's Pizza is right up the street, they have better pizza and their owner is personable and nice. They can have my business because obviously Wayne and Dominos don't care about...
Read moreFood is usually fine, but service at the pick-up window can be BAD!!! One person in particular will completely ignore you, walk away from the window complaining to everyone who will listen, return to the window complaining about the phone ringing & proceed to answer it without even so much as acknowledging you standing at the window. (The phone is right at the pick-up window.) This took place over a period of close to ten minutes. I was finally able to get someone else's attention and get my order. This evening, I went in to pick up my order. The person asks for my name and she pops off from around the corner, said my name along with, "He gets pissed if you don't give it to him right away." It is obvious that no one really trains the people there on customer service. I complained to corporate after the first instance and never heard anything. I've complained again, although it seems apparent that Domino's, at least at this location, doesn't care about customer service. That seriously makes me question the quality of the food I receive. For all I know, that person drops the toppings on the floor (or somewhere else) before putting them on my food. Honestly, if what I can see is not good, what else takes place where it...
