The salesman (Eddie) was GREAT !!! but They made a simple mistake & sold me wrong bed frame....no problem. I picked it up on Sunday & discovered wrong one that night, so I then had to pay more money Scheduled to swap out on Tuesday but it was cancelled bc of 2 hr rain early morning. Streets were dry by 10:30am that day I left it on front porch & they swapped it out Wednesday am, didn't knock or ring doorbell with seeing vehicle in driveway. Then 2 hrs later swapped it back out again to give me the wrong one back bc they didn't have a stinkin signature Wednesday I called store to tell them & said they couldn't swap back out that day (it was only 1:30pm) It couldn't be delivered to the store so I could switch it out there either Well I thought this episode was over but another day has gone by with being promised delivery to happen today. A call came in @ 6:00pm for delivery tomorrow am

Maybe...... we will se about that,,,,,

There delivery service & the way they do business is terrible.... I guess it's a #'s Game with plenty of people to play with. I wouldn't have a business if I treated people this way.

My wife and I visited the Mattress Firm location in Tomball, Tx. There are two locations in Tomball. The one we visited was the larger of the two locations.

The entire experience for us began with our sales person (“sleep specialist”). Her name is Christine. She was professional, yet personable. She was not pushy and not overly talkative like some sales people are. Christine’s goal was not to sell us the most expensive bed or to get us in and out in a hurry. Her entire focus was on what we wanted and how to get us that while getting us the best bed, and price, she could.

We looked at several beds, with varying levels of firmness. We looked at several frame styles with varying features.

Ultimately we made a purchase of an amazing bed, box spring and frame, at a great price.

Would I recommend others to go there? Absolutely, and without a doubt! Ask for Christine. She will work with you to meet your sleep needs! Impressive inventory, pricing and payment options, and exemplary customer service are at Mattress...

I bought a mattress from this location and I was told I would have it delivered on Wednesday between 8 and 11 pm. I received no phone call and no mattress that night. I called the store the next day and they apologized and said they had to recently fire a bunch of drivers, and they told me I would have my mattress on Friday between 8 and 11. I received the mattress Friday night at 1130. They did not have my mattress protector that I paid $140 for. I called the store on Saturday and they explained they ran out and had to get some from another store. They called me the next Monday and told me to come get my protector on Wednesday. I was unable to make it up to the store the rest of that week, but I went in the following Monday to exchange my mattress for a more comfortable one. I asked to pick up my protector and they told me it wasn't there and they would have to order some. I waited the next day for my replacement mattress and low and behold did...
