This McDonald's can't get it together with app orders abd curbside. Today it was 45min, I was the only car in curbside pick up. I ordered ahead, so it would be ready, just about as I got there... waited 15 min after checking stall 5 and being told 2-6 min wait on the app. Card was charged at 3:10pm, after the 15 min/2-6min wait the app told me. When it hit 3:29 and cars started filling the parking lot and drivethru, I honked my horn a few times, hoping someone would see my car(the only car at curbside pick up the entire duration) from the window and realize they had an order... no luck. I drove out of the curbside to get to the drive through and ask, since my order was now so long past, being charged and clicked as "being walked to my car" that my order was shown as completed.
I had to get out of my car, in the drive through to go up and ask about my order... was directed to pull up to the next window( about 12 cars in line ahead of me, plus a double wide, ordering situation... absolutely not, after already planning and ordering ahead of time, to be 45 min into it and not have 2 m fries, 20 nugget, 3 ss sauce and a Dr p... I went back to curbside #5 and parked, where I said I'd be, talking to the person in the drive through speaker... I still had to get out of my car, turn it off in the 106 heat... after wasting 45 min Worth of gas and AC. Then have the people at the counter who are either legally blind, can't see anything or straight up liars, "couldn't find my car" -my car, the only car in the entire strip of drive through and curbside parking, visible from the window.
Being gas lit, just sends me to the next level... how about saying "oh, we are so sorry, it slipped through, with the onset of rush" or "our bad, would you like some extra sauce or drink for waiting so long..."
No, I got that it was my fault for thinking it should take less than 30-45 min to pick up a pre-ordered fast food meal. I should have just sat in my car till idk I hit kicked out of the parking lot?
If you don't want to take orders to curbside, then take the option off the app. If you don't want to make orders from the...
Read moreI was going to get some food since it was 1am and no place else is open. I see that this McDonalds is open 24/7, cool, I go there on a motorcycle, parked, then tried to go through the side and main door. Didn’t work, it was locked, that’s fine, they’re probably open 24/7 only on drive throughs. I walk to the drive through since I parked my bike and had to walk around to try the doors on both side of the building, so I stand in front of the intercom, no work. Ok, that’s fine since it’s probably a weight sensor or something so I read the small text on the intercom and it says to go to first window if I need help. Alright dope, I can get some food finally, I head to the first window, knock on the window and wait. Lady peeks around the corner on the otherside, stares at me for a solid few seconds then leaves. I wait for a few more minutes. Nothing. Alright cool, I guess you’re not open then even though I see multiple people in there making orders for someone. I don’t really mind most of what I said, its 1:30am, no one wants to interact with someone wearing a helmet (with an opened visor btw), but would it hurt to at least crack the window open to tell me something or at the bare minimum shout through the window their not serving if they’re afraid for their life that I’m a killer? I can hear them talking in spanish through the window, I know for sure they can atleast just shout their not serving to me, I’d understand, I’m some weirdo in a helmet trying to get McDs at 1:30am. What really hits me is that they just went back to work while ignoring me standing outside the first window. I just wanted some food. I guess now I know that I won’t get any help if I knock on the first window in the drive-through or if I try to get some food while on foot. Thanks McDs. PS this is on a friday night at 1:30am, well I guess technically a Saturday morning at 1:30am. I just...
Read moreHORRIBLE!! They were taking to long PER usual to prepare a frozen slush drink. I became frustrated and asked what was the hold up. Finally I was given my drink. The employee shoved the drink at me and I snatched it from her. As I drove off I thought to myself I no longer want a drink that was given in such a hostile way, as no I don’t even know if they did anything to the drink. I decided to take it back, as I pulled up to the window the employee must have assumed I came for trouble and as I reached my hand out the window to give it back to her she slapped the cup out of my hand and said, “you not getting your money back!” Shut the window and called the cops. Of course the cops came and gave me all of the owner of this establishment Information so that I can contact her directly, because I myself am a business owner, and in no way posed a threat to this situation. I called the owner immediately to explain the situation and she apologized and said she would fix the issue, because my car had red juice all over the seats and floor mats! Of course she didn’t fix a dam thing. What her ignorant self did was insult me even more by sending a $10 McDonalds gift card which went in the trash because as I stated to her, I DO NOT frequent McDonald’s. I was literally there that day to only try that frozen drink. I’m unsure how this place is still in business. These are unexperienced, disrespectful kids working here with no order or direction. The owner is incompetent and doesn’t care about her establishment or customers. Clearly, look at all the...
