I had a deeply frustrating encounter at this establishment that completely undermines their claim of providing quality service. When I ordered a chicken sandwich, I specifically requested no pork. Despite my clear instructions, the staff served me a sandwich containing pork. When I returned to address the issue and contacted their customer service, their response was shockingly dismissive. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they stubbornly insisted that the meat was chicken and claimed they do not even serve pork products. This blatant disregard for my dietary concerns and clear order demonstrates a profound lack of professionalism.
The management's attitude makes it abundantly clear that they have no genuine interest in customer experience or resolving service failures. As a result, I will absolutely not return to this restaurant and cannot recommend it to anyone seeking quality food and respectful service. Recommendation: Avoid this...

The state's Consumer Fraud Act requires this disclosure to be in a prominent manner. If not properly disclosed, it could be a...
