My recent visit to Urban Air Adventure Park left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, prompting me to share my experience to help others avoid similar issues. Upon arrival with my children, we were eager to enjoy the various activities the park had to offer. However, our excitement quickly turned into dismay when we were informed that my children could not participate in any of the activities due to the type of socks they were wearing.
Despite having purchased Sky Zone socks, which are similar in design and function to the socks sold at Urban Air, we were abruptly told that they were not acceptable. This arbitrary rule seemed utterly unreasonable and unfair, especially considering that the technology and purpose of the socks are virtually identical across trampoline parks.
The staff's refusal to allow my children to jump solely based on the brand of socks they were wearing was not only unjust but also deeply upsetting for my kids, who were eagerly looking forward to the experience. Their disappointment was palpable, and as a parent, it was disheartening to see them denied the opportunity to enjoy themselves over such a trivial matter.
Furthermore, the lack of flexibility and understanding from the staff was concerning. Despite explaining our situation and offering to purchase new socks from Urban Air, we were met with indifference and inflexibility. This rigid enforcement of a nonsensical rule reflects poorly on the park's customer service and leaves much to be desired in terms of guest satisfaction.
In addition to the disappointing interaction with the staff, the overall atmosphere of the park felt unwelcoming and unaccommodating. The enjoyment of the guests seemed to be overshadowed by strict and unnecessary regulations, detracting from what should have been a fun and memorable experience for all.
As a result of this negative encounter, I cannot in good conscience recommend Urban Air Adventure Park to others. The arbitrary enforcement of sock regulations, coupled with a lack of empathy and understanding from the staff, greatly diminishes the enjoyment and satisfaction of guests. Until these issues are addressed and resolved, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I urge others to consider alternative options for their recreational activities.
I'd like to add that there were large piles of human feces and urine everywhere in the bathrooms which they waited 40 minutes to clean up. I had to take my daughter to the store next door to use the bathroom. This experience was traumatizing both for my children and myself. The staff are rude and one worker even chucked various food items at me and nobody said anything. Do not let the opulent appearance of the parks fool you. It is crowded and extremely dirty. The waits were unacceptable and extremely long. Do yourself and your family a favor and do not go here. Skyzone...
Read moreThese pictures are what I experienced December 8th of 2024 and I felt bad leaving a bad review since it was right before Christmas, I figured they were so slammed maybe they were trying to catch up, but I decided to give a last chance yesterday because my son wanted to go jumping and boy was that a mistake! When we went yesterday I saw they did remodel and change it up a bit which was a positive but they did up the price which was not great but hey it’s a business I understand. Well yesterday outside it was 85 degrees out and in the building it had to be hotter in the building then it was outside everyone including parents who weren’t even jumping looked like they were having a heat stroke, a couple of times I felt like I was going to pass out. I think I have only had one good experience out of the maybe five times I been to this establishment. Mind you I’ve stepped in piss in the ball pit, seen disgusting tables where people are to eat at, equipment completely destroyed and staff that does not care about the health and safety of the families that go in. When I stepped in piss, I told the first associate that I needed a new socks at the counter and told them to get the kids out of there because they are going to get sick and the health hazards. She just gave them to me and said okay I’ll let someone know, Then I watched to see if they would go clean it and make sure they would close it off so kids go into the ball pit and sure enough no one came to clean it. It was about an hour that went by and I made sure my son Did not go in the ball pit, I told another team member and she told me to look for someone in a black polo that was a manager and that she wasn’t surprised that kids pee in that ball pit all the time and no one cleans it, they only clean it once a quarter she stated. When she said that I felt like vomiting. I was surprised she would say that but she did look very young and I don’t think she understood the severity. I thought that was completely mind blowing that I had to go to a manager to Express My concern and not one team member would look for a manager. Thats common sense. When I did find a manager he stated he had no idea and he would clean it which he did and then closed it off for about an hour to clean. Thats upsetting and a waste of money. I hope Urban Airs corporate office steps up and fixes this problem because I am sure other parents feel the same way, kids don’t understand because they are looking to have fun while parents are worried about the health and safety first. The reason I am so frustrated is my son has autism and it is very hard for us parents to find somewhere he can have fun and he actually loves urban air but the health and safety is a problem that needs to be fixed...
Read moreWhere to start.. I attended a birthday party here on 10/9/21. When you walk in, no one is at the door or greets you. Thankfully my party host was at the door and informed me what to do. When I asked someone at the front a question, they didn’t have the full answer, and again the party host informed me who to give my ticket to. You are required to wear socks to play, but parents and others are wearing their shoes walking around up top watching and following their kids. So now a “clean” area where the kids are crawling and rolling around is soiled. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting.. And then you have to consider the fact that people are walking in and out of them in their SOCKS and then running back up to play with fluids on their feet!! The place is run by under trained teenagers. They stand and stare with little intervention. I understand you sign a waiver for injuries but there is no reinforcement of rules. It’s a free for all. Kids are getting trampled, jumped on, shoved. There were kids climbing a rock wall unattended. An employee saw this and radioed “there’s kids on the wall and no one there!!!” While he walked the OPPOSITE way. Excuse me! Shouldn’t you be running TOWARDS them. The only “safe” zone I saw was unbelievably the dodgeball zone. 6 people allowed in, run up, grab a ball, throw, and if you’re hit you’re out. How is that the ONLY regulated zone?! Nothing preventing older kids jumping on smaller kids other than angry parents. The food was a joke and of course just as over priced as admission to the place. I was really so excited to come here and scope it out for my own daughters birthday. For the price I would be paying, it’s just not worth someone getting hurt under my watch(because let’s be real, no one else is watching.) This place has so much potential but it’s severely lacking in so many aspects. I sincerely hope the owner(who I did get a chance to meet, as he was introducing himself to the parties, nice guy!) gets it together before someone is seriously...
