McDonald's — Restaurant in Toms River

Was forced to go through drive thru a second time to use my second coupon even though I shouldn't have had to, employees had a terrible and disgusting attitude, and food was very poorly made. They also gave me an unneeded fuss when I asked for my receipt, really? Not sure what's with this area and not providing customers with receipts anymore. This happened on my second visit. At the first visit a customer was complaining at the employees and causing a big problem. I blamed the customer over the employees because its McDonald after all, none of us should expect much. But after this terrible visit, I can see why the employees were getting yelled at.

There were two ladies causing a problem and I'm not sure if one was the manager or not, but corporate needs to come to do some firing to fix this place up. I avoid this place at all costs and will never think twice about coming back. With the unnecessary attitudes I've received, these are the type of people that would most likely spit in your food. I did this review to help others, not to shame McDonald's. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect or get some absurdly poor quality food like they've done it intentionally to annoy me. My dashcam was recording, unfortunately voice was turned off. They're lucky, because I would have sent it straight to corporate.

Edit: It’s been a year and they had hiring signs so I thought maybe things changed. I made an order, found out they forgot some food. I called them and gave them my information. They said that I can pick it up whatever I want, just give the manager’s name and my name. I showed up, they said my name wasn’t written down. Why do I bother, this place needs to go bankrupt. I'm an idiot for giving this place...

The crew that works the evening shift is bad. The restaurant was filthy and the crew was busy laughing and playing behind the counter. When I walked in there was a person using the McCafe machine with no uniform, hair covering or gloves and later an employee reached into it with her bare hands to take out some ice and throw it at a friend/relative sitting at a table near the counter. Ordered 2 big Mac's and 1 had almost no sauce on it. The ladies room had urine all over the floor and had a horrible odor. My wife and I were there for a little over an hour eating our meal and no one came out to sweep the floors, clean the tables, pick up the numerous # placards left on the tables, empty the FULL garbage cans or pick up all the trays that had accumulated by the garbage cans. They WERE NOT busy there was no one in drive thru and only about 1 or 2 other customers in...

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. They brought out many of the happy meal toys so that my son could select which one he wanted. This seemed to annoy manager Kim even though there was no line. After picking more than one toy and paying manager had a conversation with employee and reviewed receipt. She then started telling myself and my son that we didn't pay for our toys... There were other customers waiting for their food who had been infront of us on line. They all looked at me like I was a thief and I was incredibly embarrassed. I was then charged for multiple toys (that I had thought I already paid for) including the one that should have come with the meal but I just with all the looks I was getting I would have paid for everyone's toys just to get...
