I asked for a half vanilla and a half strawberry shake, the The manager told me they don't make half-and-half shakes. I told him that's funny because other McDonald's do it. She said well, we don't. Ask Her for the store number.And she refused and just told me that we're located on fisher boulevard, Then the window closed.So I call corporate and corporate. Had the owner call me. And the owner was worse than the manager? after I told him the locations of where I get the half-and-half shakes from he says and I quote "those restaurants are owned by a black women and I will be contacting corporate to let them know she is breaking the rules" So i'm saying to myself if you don't have the machine that gives you the ability to make that then just say that rather than complaining that it jams your machine? You are a McDonald's owner.Step your game up? I make this post to let everyone one know that not only if you want to have an half shake go elsewhere. But the owner is a "suspected" Racist?? He says I've been doing this over 30 years.I know what I'm doing? I told him it's not how long you do it.It's how long you do it right? Avoid this Mcdonalds at all cost. Rude Managers they talk about you in Spanish and laugh thinking we dont know what they are saying. Order my son a frappe, they gave him strawberry whip cream instead of normal. My son does not like strawberry. When i asked nicely for my order to be fixed, the manager in Spanish said tell him we only have strawberry cause cancer month. There was a regular whipcream bottle right infront of the machine. I asked for no whipcream then, they said they can the machine is now down. Still has Monopoly signs up saying play here. All month they didnt give out any play pieces. Employees said Owner is cheap he wont buy new packaging materials. All the materials were from 10 yrs ago. One employee felt bad and got me 3 cards with pieces on them. Manager came out yelling at her saying there not for customers. Who are they for then. Please force this owner out they give Mcdonalds a bad name. P.s. cant even prove i made a purchase to corporate cause machines never have reciept paper in them its always empty. Again employees said owner is trying to save money. Napkins are hiding behind counter...

Just had a horrible experience. Order from here multiple times a week. Ordered a fairly big order tonight and they forgot to put the 20 piece in the bag. My husband goes back there to get it and they say there is no 20 piece left behind. I don't care that there wasn't a 20 piece left behind. It wasn't in our bag! After a rude back and forth exchange with my husband, she says she knows how to do her job but also says that we have to check the bags before we leave. lol If you know how to do your job, we shouldn't have to check. She then decides to make the nuggets but then only gives us 16. Nice. I'm shocked and disappointed because in all the years going there, we never had this kind of issue with any of the workers. I'm not out to get a free 7 buck 20 piece after spending so much money there a few times a week every single week. It's insulting and incredibly unprofessional.
