I had a McCrispy chicken sandwich meal which I had thought, was a very popular sandwich at McDonalds. This meal was purchased around 5pm going through the drive thru. I took a bite of it. I swear, it was like biting into a ball of rubber bands. I couldn't even bite through it and I have all my teeth. I tried to pull the bite from the sandwich. I had strands actually stretching from the sandwich and my mouth. The strands were stretching from the entire bite. Images seeing about 20 white rubber bands. I showed my wife as I stretched all of the strands between my mouth and the sandwich back and forth like rubber bands. I was practically rolling in laughter. When they finally snapped and I reluctantly started chewing, it was like chewing rubber bands that didn't want to break. The bite also had a fishy taste which I am thinking that the piece of chicken was fried in the same oil that fillet of fish are fried in. Even the fries were terrible. They were all very small instead of the long fries that they used to have and ice cold. They were in no way fresh. More like remnants scraped up from the bottom of a pan. McDonalds did away with plastic straws quite a while back and have been using paper straws which I hate. They don't use the wax coated cups anymore but now have a clear plastic cup which is probably 30 times more plastic than the straw had been. Doesn't make sense if the environment is a concern. Ridiculous is more like it. But back to the chicken sandwich. I have eaten a lot of chicken for the past 63 years. I have never seen or tasted chicken like what had come in my sandwich. I highly doubt that it was even chicken unless McDonalds is using chickens raised with.some heavy duty growth hormones and steroids. It had me wondering if McDonald's is also using meat glue and processing chicken scraps for there chicken cutlets. Needless to say, that sandwich and the experience was disgusting. It really sucks because it was the first meal that I had for the day. Even hunger couldn't make the meal that I...
Read moreMy recent experiences at McDonald's have been consistently disappointing. The staff at this particular location struggles with basic communication in English, making it difficult to place orders accurately. Unfortunately, my orders have been consistently incorrect, with mistakes ranging from missing items to incorrect quantities. For example, on multiple occasions, I received 9 chicken nuggets instead of the 10 I ordered. This lack of attention to detail and poor communication skills among the staff have severely impacted my dining experiences at McDonald's.
To exacerbate the situation, despite my explicit allergy to onions and my advance requests for no onions in my meals, they continue to include onions in my orders. What's worse is that they add more than the typical amount, disregarding my health concerns. This negligence in catering to customer dietary needs and preferences is unacceptable and has severely impacted my trust in this McDonald's location.
To add to my frustration, during my last visit, absolutely nothing about my order was correct. Not a single piece was accurate. It's baffling how someone could get every detail wrong, and it raises serious concerns about the competence and attention to customer service at this establishment.
I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements necessary changes to improve the overall customer satisfaction at...
