I am speechless... After a long day all i could think about was a nice flavourful butrito from my local chipolte however my dreams were soon CRUSHED. As I walked into the establishment A very large employee caught my eye I walked up through the store and asked for a burrito, The worker started making my burrito in a jolly manner however the joyous look on her face soon disappeared. I asked for white rice and the spoon that she put was SHOCKING. After asking for some more rice the amount on my burrito quite literally took my breath away... I woudlnt even bother giving this much to a starving african child because it would do them no good. After asking a total of FOUR times for more rice there was finaly an appropriate amount of whote rice on the burrito... moving on she barley put any chicken onto the small amount if rice, this was very disgusting to me she disnt even ask if i wanted beans. Skipping forward past the rest of my creations ingredients her folding technique was outrageouly bad. If you get this diehard chipolte employee i pray for you... Was nice to watch the...

If I was a health inspector I’d shut both locations down immediately…the one on hooper ave is worse than this one. Seems like none of the workers know how to clean at any of these locations…Don’t waste your time or money at any of the 2 locations go to chili’s or another Mexican grill. I will never go back , I...
Read moreMy second time here and disappointed again. First time I asked for a “little bit” of hot salsa and she graciously poured an entire ladle on. I legitimately couldn’t taste anything because my mouth was on fire. The trash was overflowing and there were no lids for drinks out. This time, the queso was empty and I was told “4 mins” to wait for it. The lettuce was brown and slimy. Both the chicken and steak were overcooked and dry. The black beans were crusty looking. The employees looked miserable. If you want great service, fresh and delicious food and a spotless dining room- the Chipotle on 9 in Lacey is worth the drive. I won’t be coming back...
