Tried to use their app going through the drive thru, came up twice “sorry for the inconvenience, there was an error processing my order on their end”. I proceeded to the speaker and informed them of the message and I was using the app to use my points for a free breakfast sandwich. I was told that without a code they can’t do it, hello, override, dam near everything can be adjusted. So I place my order anyway paying full price without anything for free. Get to next window and told to pull forward to wait for my hash browns. When I finally get home I was missing my beacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich. Tried calling store twice but phone just kept ringing until Verizon message comes on that the phone is not being answered try again later. VERY poor service. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. UPDATE: Went back to store for missing sandwich, manager says oh yes, here it is (sitting in bag on counter) and gives it to me. Told her no way, that’s cold it’s been about 20 minutes already. She rolled her eyes and made a new one. When it came out she put it in the bag and tossed it onto the counter in front of me saying “here’s your new one”. Manager needs to attend a training class. Most days, this place would get 2 maybe 3 stars especially since it is usually understaffed, poorly staffed, and/or poorly managed. They've hired a few new people though and over the last two months I've seen them get better and better. Even if only for now, they've earned 4 stars. 2021 Update: They have added a double drive thru ordering station, but still only have 1 pick up window, so orders are taken faster but your wait time remains the same. When Mr. Personality is on duty at the drive thru you know your order is going to be correct, so while his monotone voice and curtness is off-putting, take comfort in knowing your order will have been taken with accuracy. If it’s wrong, it’s either your fault for not being specific or someone else inside that didn’t follow the order instructions on the order pending screen. Pro Tip: There is a back way into and out of the lot, only use it for exiting, because if you use it as an entrance you’ll have to drive all the way around the building to join the queue and you’ll have to yield to cars coming in through the front entrance anyway. I pulled up to the 1st one and nobody asks for your order so I pulled up the 2nd one after waiting a few moments and then while waiting there at the 2nd one I can hear them behind me asking to take my order. Super annoying! The server at the 2nd window was rude.. she got annoyed with me when asking for a syrup then when she handed me my bag of food I asked where the syrup is and she says "oh it's in the bag".! So I pulled away and looked in my bag and there was no syrup. She lied!
