Pizza & Panini — Restaurant in Toms River

I moved from Massachusetts to New Jersey cuz I had nowhere else to go since I lost my only daughter and my husband of 20 years because of all fell on him during construction work my daughter died during the middle covid she didn't die of covid she had surgery and had to have a pin put in her legl and then she broke her foot She kept calling the doctor saying she didn't feel well and she died in the middle of the night in her sleep. I still don't know why she died When I moved to New Jersey my brother-in-law ordered from pizza and panini and I ordered them Russian margarita and oh my God it was delicious and then I had regular Margarita but with garlic and pepperoni and a little extra sauce and oh my God that was perfect! And I ordered chicken parmigiana with a little extra sauce and angel hair pasta and oh my God that was delicious! They've always been on time or before everything has always been exactly what I ordered. When was in a severe car accident that one person help me when everyone died I get very little money but I eat like a bird so I have a piece of pizza two times a day and I'm good without having to go through the message making food and now it's Thanksgiving and they delivered me a free turkey I don't drive haven't been feeling good I tried to give him a tip and he refused to take it! If I could give 100% satisfaction that's what I would do there's always been kind of the phone always delivered exactly what I ordered! You're better than any restaurant I had up in Massachusetts I tried one other place Mia's in a compared nothing to Pizza panini I've been here for just a little over a year since my family died and I recommend him completely they are great! And I'd like to thank you Pizza panini you are awesome and don't change a thing Even the turkey dinner was delicious your stuffing tastes just like mine vegetables were great potatoes were great turkey was awesome thank you so much for who you are and don't change it!! Can I give negative 10,000 stars? I only ask because I never received food to review. I was nice. Called after 35min of receiving notification the food was on its way (I live 2 miles away! Should have picked up) was told the driver recently left okay fine it’s Friday night. I gave them specific directions to the house since the house numbers on the street are a little weird (a little!) another 30min and I’m calling again. Now they’re telling me they delivered the food and the driver spoke and confirmed with me. Well they either delivered to the vacant business next to me, my neighbor who’s away for the weekend or the vacant lot across the street from me. Unless the drivers been munching on shrooms chatting with squirrels they were no where near me. Unfortunately for the girl who answered the phone my wife took over which is never fun but the managers fix was for slice to refund me for service I never got and “there’s nothing they can do” and “we’re closed.” Oh great so glad you don’t care about your customers. Clearly lazy. Or maybe just exhausted from getting the fast and furious car to park out front. I’ll have to wait 24-48 hours to get my money back. We’re eating our daughters Dino chicken nuggets after 10p. Shout out to the manager for actively making the decision...

This pizza place messed up my order and when I called they told me I lied on how I ordered it. When I told them no it’s exactly how I ordered it and they didn’t want to hear it and then HUNG UP ON ME! When I called back to ask for a full refund they guy didn’t even let me speak just HUNG UP OB ME AGAIN! So now I grab all the food (which was over $100 in food) and raced over to the store and they all hid in the back took over 5 mins for someone to come up and help me. When I go off they pretended like it didn’t happen when seriously the two people that hung up on me were hiding in the back peeping their heads out! The “manager” said I needed to call the app and get it refunded but I was like no your will handle it. Then I watch them knock over a utensil on the floor and THEN USE IT!!! No washing it nothing! Disgusting! When I say something to the “manager” he just shrugged his shoulders! This place is nasty in service, nasty in food standards, nasty all around! I never been treated so badly! Never dealt with such horrible customer service. I was ordering from this place probably about once a week and then this happens! NO ONE ORDEE FROM THIS PLACE! Horrible horrible horrible!
