I have been coming to this Starbucks almost every day for the past year, I work in the mall so it is my favorite coffee stop during my long shifts, and even on my days off, I come to this Starbucks because they always have the best iced coffee! I drink my coffee black, no sugar no nothing, and theyāve always had the best flavor. The last two days, I have ordered 3 coffees, (I mobile order so I donāt spend a long time away from my store) and each of those 3 coffees, unfortunately have let me down. Starbucks coffee is the only coffee that gives me the right amount, if not more, of caffeine I need to manage my day, Iām normally always happy, but I have spent over $10 mobile ordering while at work, hoping this coffee is going to taste good, and so far they just sit on my desk after I take two sips because I canāt stomach the taste. I went back with the receipt to return them. The cashier was hasty & rushing thru the transaction. Since it was a visit debit I asked her to just give me the cash but she said she couldnāt. Didnāt ask me if I was a rewards member (I donāt have the app installed on my phone) not that it matters. I quickly left the store not realizing she didnāt return my receipt to me two days later I checked my bank account and was only refunded half of the price. But yesterday, I entered this Starbucks location excited because I had earned a ten dollar giftcard as a reward from P&G for being such a great panelist. Though to my surprise and embarrassment when the cashier entered the digital gift code she received an "invalid" error. Good thing I showed her the "electronic gift card" prior to ordering. I already contacted the company that issued me the gift card and am awaiting a response. But I am leaving this review of five stars simply for the cashier, whose name is Beth.
