My 4 year old daughter suddenly declared she wanted her ears pierced! I was skeptical about a stand in the mall, but after speaking with them, they were very nice, knowledgeable, and confident in their capabilities. I did have to run home to get a birth certificate as they're now regulated by the health department. All I can say is they did a really incredible job! Two women did it at the same time, my daughter smiled throughout, barely flinched while getting it done, and is really happy with her decision to get her ears pierced! Highly recommend! If I could give 0 stars I would. Took 21 days to hear back from a manager on an e gift card that wasn’t sent. Spoke to a representative 3 days after I purchased it and still hadn’t received it. Asked to have it cancelled because it was a Christmas gift and never got it. Spoke to another representative 2 weeks later and again asked for it to be cancelled. I also asked again for a manager phone call. 21 days after the order I finally get a call and an email with the e gift card and despite all my attempts previously to cancel the order, they wouldn’t.
