Perfuroma Ocean County Mall — Local services in Toms River

Saw the store and it looked inviting. I figured I would see what new scents there were as I don't wear fragrances often. Carly approached(masked, thankfully) offering assistance. Since I didn't have an idea of a particular scent to try, Carly offered a few scent samples of both men's and women's cologne/Parfums, which I appreciate the inclusiveness in that action. She also gave a quick explanation of certain fragrance bases(oil versus water etc.) Which I also appreciated. Best of all, I felt NO pressure to buy, and I could have easily walked out without buying anything. I did, however, end up buying a couple products because I simply liked the fragrances and the price point was not near my expectation giving the appearance of the store and the employees, a pleasant surprise. One of the better customer service experiences I've had, and I 10/10...

Mary is such an amazing woman. I was in the store when a guy came in and began to ask for Sagoon she said Very nicely he was not available at the time, So he came off which I believe was rude and put some items down on the counter while she was helping me find a fragrances he had someone on the phone at the time and took a picture aswell .I was looking confused at first but then I understood why he had the body language that he had at the time. Carly had an incredibly inviting and positive energy when I approached Perfuroma, which easily drew me in. She was very proficient at identifying and describing different scents which I found super helpful! Carly’s keen sense of smell and her familiarity with countless brands and products allowed her to help narrow down my selection, so I wouldn’t have to smell 100s of samples. The process was easy breezy, and it was fun with Carly’s excellent customer service, fragrance knowledge, and friendliness.
