I go to this Taco Bell often as it’s right by my workplace and haven’t ever had any issues at all with quality or staff. I went Monday, feb 17 around noon for my lunch break and upon arrival it was obviously busy. I went to the drive through and sat at the mobile order lane for 15 minutes, was not spoken to once. Eventually I moved forward and tried letting the girl at the window know I was needing to check in for my mobile order. It was a blonde woman, who immediately began snapping at me that they “had no idea I was there”, told me not enough people were staffed that day and I would have to wait about 20 minutes. She had me pull around front. We pulled around and waited about 15 minutes before our food came out. I immediately noticed one of our burritos appeared to be wrong and alerted the young man (who was very friendly) that it wasn’t what we had ordered. He stated he would get that fixed for us and went back inside the building. We had ordered a grilled cheese burrito, they had given it to us without grilling it and without putting the cheese on the outside of the tortilla, which is really the main aspect of the “grilled cheese” burrito. It was instead a plain tortilla was the ingredients (which were sparse as well) tossed inside. I don’t usually complain but it didn’t feel like what I had just paid for and, since I’m pregnant, I wanted it done the way it’s supposed to be and the way I ordered/paid for it. We waited 30 minutes with no word from inside before I went into the lobby. There were a handful of other unhappy customers waiting for their orders to be corrected as they were wrong. There were 3 workers inside, including the blonde woman from the drive through, who was rushing about very loudly screaming and cursing at her coworkers. Eventually she asked my name and I tried explaining that we were just waiting on a replacement burrito. She cut me off mid sentence to yell that they had made it for me in the first place. I tried explaining what was wrong and she stormed off, again mid sentence, to tell the woman making the burritos to remake it. When the woman said she already had, the blonde yelled (loudly, for everyone to hear) that she “wasn’t arguing with me” and that they had forgotten the o cheese on the outside. She then went on to loudly rant that this was a dumb reason to remake something and how it’s going to “come out of their paychecks”. I finally got my correct order item and left, My workers later informed me they’ve had r awful experiences with a blonde woman at that location snapping at them and yelling at coworkers. I’m betting it’s the same woman. I’ve worked in busy food service before and always managed to be kind, I’m thinking she needs to find another place of employment. I’ll be driving out of the way to go to the other Springdale location for lunch...
Read moreI had about half an hour for lunch, so instead of going through the drive-thru, I went inside. I placed my order at the kiosk just before noon. There was one other gentleman who had ordered right before me, then another gentleman and two couples came in afterwards. The gentleman who ordered before me got his order at 12:18, then one of the couples that came in after me yelled back to the staff (focused solely on drive-thru orders) that he needed a refund because his lunch break was over and he had to leave. While the refund was being processed, the lady asked the manager why the people in the dining room were not receiving any service. The manager replied that they were going back and forth between drive-thru and dining room orders. Three of the customers in the dining room, waiting for their orders, immediately pointed out that they had been waiting for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and over 20 minutes respectively, while we had watched over a dozen orders go out the drive-thru window. The manager replied that they are timed, and get in trouble if they don't get the drive-thru orders out quickly. I'm sure you can imagine the reaction from the frustrated couple waiting for their refund (it involved raised voices and profanity). Mine was the next dining room order brought out at 12:23. 25 minutes for two tacos is definitely not worth the wait. I'm writing this review, hoping the franchise owner sees it and implements some changes to ensure customers coming into the dining room receive the same care and service as those coming through...
Read moreI order the same thing. 5 days a week. I ordered was a large half and half tea (. Which it was not). As I was ordering thru the drive thru. The lady said there ice machine had gone out out. It happens. I jokingly said said do I get a discount. She was stern and said NO. I also get the cheesy bean and rice burrito. But I only get rice. Add chicken and shredded cheese. I get to the window. The blond girl hands me my drink. Then 20 seconds or so later my food. I asked if the straw was in the bag. She gives me a straw. Then I had to ask for napkins. Since there was none in the bag. She gets that finally in the bag. She then proceeded to literally slam the window in my face. As if I was dismissed. Your are very rudee. You are in the customer service industry. As am I. That is not the way to treat a customer. I would hope your not a manager or an RGM. Cause you should not be in that position. Be glad I'm not your RGM. I would have fired you for your rudeness to a customer. I won't be back. It is sad that you represent that location. You are just rude. On so many levels. I will...
