MASALA JUNCTION — Restaurant in Tooele

This hidden gem is located inside the Quality Quick Stop, 188 N Broadway St, Tooele. Don't be dissuaded from going in--I've had great food a gas station elsewhere (Logan & Pocatello). The food is incredible. Among the best I've eaten in the entire state, and twice as good as their cross-town competitor's bland fare. We shared several entrees, and each was outstanding, including the appetizer. The naan was also some of the best I've ever eaten. We were treated to gulab jamun at the end of the meal. It was equally fantastic.

This is the best curry house in Utah, it's not even close. It is inside a gas station which at first felt a little strange, but the host was warming and provided a comfortable atmosphere. The value is astonishing, we had enough for two with left overs, all for less than the price of McDonald's. Masala Junction is so good a group on the table near us drove an hour and a half just to visit. After eating we understood why. We will soon be back.

Not sure why the low rating, it looks like this place has been review bombed by a competitor. I can't blame them for trying as they can't compete on...

If you want Indian food in Tooele and are looking to support small businesses, then this is the place. I've been noticing a few bad reviews lately, and it's obvious they are all from the only other Indian Food competitor in Tooele, who, in fact, costs three times as much and will have you waiting forever. Don't listen to the nay-saying comments. The food and service are great, and you get it served to you quickly. I've been there several times and have no reason to give it any less...
